thanks for your response sir. what I want to know is the facilities needed to set up a small scale yoghurt production factory and raw materials needed.

If you are not going to be using chuns and mixer, You'll only need bowls, filter and stirring rod(turning stick) as your facilities/tools.

Materials are: powder milk or fresh milk, youghurment (culture), Sugar, preservative, flavour and thickner.

Packaging materials: plastic bottles and stickers.

Note: the thickner is usually used to maximise profit in commercially made youghurt. There's an edible thickner used for that purpose.

What quantity of Germicide can be gotten using those measurements of Texapon 2 Cups, Whitener 2 Cups, and other materials 4 Cups each. You actually wrote 10 litres of Germicide, but after studying the measurements in units, I arrived at 20 Litres which also corresponds with the measurement you gave for 5Litres, all on Page 1. Kindly go through these and throw more light on them. Thanks

If you want to calculate it by unit, you'll have to know how many cups of that is gotten from each litre of water to be used.

I said I was going to talk on how to know if this business is for you or not.

Please kindly do this small assigment.

Check the super markets/provision stores around you and if you stay in Lagos, kindly get to mushin market and try talking to some of those people that sell white garment items and the rest.

Tell them you want to be supplying them goya oil and hear the responses.

You should know from their responses whether you can make money from this business or not.

Note that, you can find these same set of people in many other part of Lagos. In case, you are not around Mushin, move around to locate your potential customers.

Market tip: a discount as low as 5 naira (five naira) from the price others sell to them can Win over to you- a lot of customers.

Go on and carry out the assigment and be sure of what we are up to here.
