Although I can see the refund going from my instore account to my PayPal account but the problem is its not in my PayPal. Don't know what's going on. Make I dey watch.

You'd only be notified on PayPal that you have been refunded, the refund goes directly to your bank account.

It happened to me, I couldn't find the refund on my PayPal balance, I received the alert from my bank after about 5 days.

Not true. Don't rush to list your name immediately after purchase most especially if you picked it from expireddomain. Sometimes, someone has registered it before you. It happened to me though epik refunded me.The new owner even used epik to register the domain. Secondly, check the spelling before listing at Afternic.

That's not the case here, I still own these domains - no one beat me to it. I wrote what I got from their support, not some hearsay.

You should note that you need to always turn off your domain Whois privacy before submitting the domain to them (Afternic). They suspended the account because I listed 2 domain names with Whois privacy ON, they claimed they couldn't verify that I own the domain names so they suspended the account and I was asked to send some screenshots to verify my ownership which I did but nothing happened thereafter.

I would advise you create another account. Same thing happened to me, though they replied to why they suspended the account, but didn't revert the suspension even after I sent what they wanted me to send.

DESIGN IS PREFERENTIAL, but there are some things that should be avoided, if not, would cause problems.

That been written, the visitor's toilet's defect is more than having its window placed at the entrance (that's usually not a problem); it's about placement of its inspection chamber for its plumbing work. As it is, the inspection chamber would be buried under the Sit-out and would need to be dug out if there ever exists a need to work on it. And that's a problem.

The tunnel (labeled as Hallway) is an absolute waste of space with the width of about 2.7m. Apart from being long, there's no source of natural light to it, thus, "there would be light at the end of the tunnel", not within the tunnel except there'd always be 24/7 power supply to power artificial light.
Note: The natural light can be achieved during the construction stage, provided the Architect wants that and he's in charge of the supervision.

The Laundry is better placed beside the Store, not because that's the "rightful place" for it to be, but it will be more effective at the place, while the Toilet is moved to where the Laundry is presently.

The door that leads from Kitchen to Dining should be removed to give the Kitchen more work area.

P.S: I want to believe you are restricting the Architect some way as he should be able to do more than this.

In fact, most northern state are twice as big as the biggest southern states by land mass. If they could still travel around to obtain their PVC, what's stopping you doing same.

More LGA won't increase our population up north or down south. The south only need to do more of awareness in respect to voters apathy and ability to analyse political issues without sentiment as to religion and tribal affiliation.
NB: as long as any one from the north of Fulani/Hausa ethnic group or Islamic belief is painted to be evil, there will always be revolt vote by the north just because they think majority of the south hate them due to their religion or tribal affiliation.

My verdict on more Local governments is based on the fact that most people around here suffered during the time of registration and didn't want to suffer the same fate when it was time to vote. Imagine a scenario where you have to spend about 45 mins (on wheels) just to get to your Local government, and those that have no cars spent time and money plus the stress on the queue just to get their PVCs
