Sure, but is e-hailing experience important or not?
You seem to have missed the part where I said we are saying the same thing but to answer your qweession...Yes if its the kinda experience we are both talking about.

Aparently we are saying the same thing. Car owners on this thread have most times requested for drivers with six to one year driving experience on the platform...with evidence.

I'm a potential investor and I must drive on the platform b4 I hand the car over to a driver. I have been following this thread since December, so from your submission, can I boldly say I have gathered enough experience? 5 months and counting...

Seems car owners here don't understand what I've been driving at as per experience, so I will break it down for us all

Like Dru23 will say through his many memes, you can learn from your own experience or other people's experience. When a new car owner or new driver comes on this forum, we tell him or her "go read up from page 1 to the last page, you will get everything you need to know about this e-hailing business". What is that? Are those not other people's experiences this newbie owner or driver is leveraging on?
OK, when you sign up a new driver and you brief him - do this like this, do that like that; don't go out by this time, be in this area during working hours, don't work beyond 10pm ... pray, tell me, is that not experience you are passing across to this newbie driver? Abi him go come invent wheel once again? Shey una dey give una cars out without briefing the driver how the ehailing business dey go?

No need to even talk again. Give your cars to newbies nau
Nobody wakes up in the morning and decides to venture into a business he know entirely nothing about.

For someone to come up and say he wants to drive on the platform, he has already gotten some form of crash course b4 arriving at that decision. So bro, all newbie driver has gotten the experience U have just outlined.

...new driver is busy learning how to navigate ,thinking of how to improve his ratings, knowing routes and seriously thinking on how not to default on weekly rental...first 2 weeks no go easy but puting in 101 effort will help..any advantage get disadvantage
Bros this is applicable to both experienced and newbies.

Ok, I have heard you.

Wether you have e hailing experience or not, there's no end to knowledge and even the experienced ones keeps learning daily on the job.

Or did you bring e hailing experience from heaven at birth?

When you started driving, are you saying you couldn't make money at all? Or it wasn't possible for you to set aside 35k weekly if you do the general average of 8-10 trips daily?

If you could do that, that is all the partner cares about.

Everyone starts from zero e hailing experience. Initially I was concerned cos I didn't know much of lagos roads. But I quickly discovered that one could achieve the 80-100k weekly benchmark if you're not lazy.

Personally for me, I will never accept lack of e hailing experience from a driver as a reason not to deliver weekly rental. And that's all we are really talking about-ability to deliver your weekly rentals without stories/excuse. It's usually about laziness, lack of zeal, integrity etc and never about e hailing experience.
I agree with U 100% on this. Its never really about e hailing experience. A crooked driver is an experienced one...like all the defaulting drivers mentioned on thIs thread are the so-called experience drivers.

We manage vehicles for people who don't have time to monitor their vehicles but want to invest in Uber. So we take care of registration onto the platform, getting the partner a driver, things like insurance, vehicle trackers etc. We also handle the day to day management of the vehicle.

Our terms and Condition are reasonable putting all parties into consideration.
