First you get the email inviting you:

The interview is done on Skype, and like @gwighalo said, it was role based. So you must have a lot of stories to tell about a time when you were working in that role in your current company. There are also HR style questions trying to know how you handle stress, or relate with co-workers, or your approach to solving problems, why you want to work for the company etc.

The assessment tests is Saville Swift Analysis. An email is sent with the GoToMeeting link one hour to the start of your assessment.

It consists of 24 Questions for 18 Minutes. There are three groups altogether - Verbal, Numeric and Diagrammatic (at least for my role).

Each group has eight questions divided into two sets of four questions for 3 minutes each. In other words, Verbal, has two sets of four questions to answer. Same with Numeric and Diagrammatic. So once your 3 minutes elapses, the system forces you to start the next set. The tough part in all this is the time constraint. Looking at it counting down like a pro athlete running in the Olympics, is enough to make one freeze.

Activated charcoal is abundant around so I haven't tried pharmacy, if it is being sold there. It's unused charcoal that you see everywhere.

I will advise you take very small portion of the charcoal,you either chew it or you grind it to powder before taking it. And after taking it, you wait for 3 hrs before meal. It is advisable you take it in the morning. Also note that you will have to drink enough water during and after. Frequently drink water, even if you are not thirsty. Take it once, and observe if you still have those symptoms. if not, gap like one day off and take it again like that till your system is cleansed out of toxics..
pls, don't take any drugs during this time.
