I don't think Saraki's emergence as president of the senate is Buhari's grand plan. Saraki outsmarted all of them. I believe he was as surprised as Tinubu. Buhari can't play that high level dirty politics.

Buhari himself would be shocked and dazed with the trend of events. He is not by any means behind the emergence of Saraki today. It only goes to confirm how clueless and dull he is.
