I witnessed the fertilizer distribution in my area last year. The farmers were notified of their allocation of two bags of fertilizer each through their phones. At the collection centres they paid for the fertilizer allocated to them and collected their fertilizer. I repeat nobody gave the farmers any e-wallet enabled phone and the allocation is too small to make any meaningful impact.

One day a local evangelist bragged during a crusade that his God was more able than all the other gods in the town and the powers of the universe that the villagers worshiped put together.
