Mujtahida: Bye bye to the Oyinbo wall but then again one has to be careful in dismissing players. Who would have believed that Ekong would post consistent commanding performances in the wake of his last two Pre-afcon games for us? Rohr did something to the mind of our players. He was an excellent scout but not - so great as a coach. The Oyibo wall is not gone because if Balogun decides to return to the team he would be claiming his place in the starting eleven as our best defender |

DarkJeddi: By implying a goal bound ball he stuck out a leg to save..
Was A TAME SHOT THAT HIT HIS LEG..
That is you implying the ball was not heading to goal..
That is you implying he knows nothing about stopping the ball from going in..
That is you discrediting his effort in saving a goal..
Like I said..
Give the devil his due.. Goal bound shot lmao, a mishit shot by an off balance Salah naim you dey give all these names, if e no save am make we remove am put plank there na, I repeat the credit to stopping Salah should be given to the defenders who did the job and not Okoye |

DarkJeddi: It's ridiculous when you deliberately seek to demean and discredit a player..
What is more ridiculous is your attempt to inject a veneer of objectivity in your bias..
WHAT exactly do you mean by a TAME SHOT THAT HIT MADUKA'S FOOT?
Is MADUKA'S foot now an immovable goalpost?
Even if you don't like the boy..
Give him credit when it's due..
He stuck out a foot and saved a goal bound ball and this is what you reduced it to? Show me where I demeaned or discredited him, because I said the credit of caging Salah should go to the defenders not to Maduka naim you dey bring encyclopedia, you no serious lol |

andrewbaba44: What did Maduka did wrong today, like what fault ?
Dragging him for not saving a pk ?
Enter twitter and see for yourself
Una no rate Maduka fine , but please point out his wrongs at today game that made dem score dkay51: what?? he hasn't put a wrong foot forward?? make we take am easy dey cap.
I can count three in this match alone off the top of my head without rewatching.
First, he jumped to catch a ball (not under pressure I must add) and dropped the ball, luckily the Sudan forward wasnt close enough to make us pay.
Second he tried punch out a ball and it dropped right in front of him, luckily it was a green shirt.
Third, when he tried to dive to try an mop up the ball that Omeruo not took out. |

Joebie: The defense played a huge part. However. He stretched his leg to block Salah’s goal bound shot. Did he look confident in that game? If he didn't block that shot then it would be head scratching, I don't think he did anything out of the ordinary to be given credit for |

safarigirl: The one and only time Salah was a real threat, it was Maduka that quenched him and he was only a threat because Ekong tried to play a fast one that was not so fast.
Una go just make person dey defend who dem no even suppose dey defend. It was a tame shot and not a real threat, saying that Maduka was responsible for stopping Salah is over the top |

They had to wait for him to concede a Pk
Too bad from Nigerians Na today dem start dragging players for not playing well, When dem drag Ekong na hate too? |

Joebie: Let’s not forget Salah is still barren because of Okoye. He looked very composed against Egypt though It is ridiculous to give Maduka Okoye credit for rendering Salah barren, Ekong, Sanusi and Moses Simon worked so hard to restrict Salah from having a sniff at our goal that the only thing he mustered was a tame shot that hit Maduka's foot so the credit should be given to our defenders not Maduka |

I fear if Uzoho replaces Okoye it's game over for Okoye,Rohr's bias has been what kept Okoye between our sticks through many blunders |

Omanambala: Aina , while full of energy could be a little sluggish and lackadaisical in decision making. While he is okay and could do the job , I personally favor Ebuehi. Yea he bombs forward a lot but his decision making after that is question for another day |
