We need to grow as a team from training to live performances. Negative play will limit us from reaching our level.

All teams counter attack but when you want to classify them, it is on their strengths. When Liverpool play, they are hardly on the back foot. No matter the team. We can term them a counter attacking side. Real Madrid is difficult but if they meet Barcelona today, you can guess which side will do more of the defending. Real Madrid. But if Barca meets Liverpool, I bet it will be Barca on the back foot.

It is not about strength but about philosophy, that Norwich meets Liverpool and has less possession does not make them a less attacking based team

Liverpool dominated Barca because there was a gulf in quality and determination, doesn't change the philosophy of both sides

Iwobi has shown some excellent touches of the game, workrate and insane passes that have left many breathless. Etebo might be average on the ball but in a good system, you just need order in play and doing things simply. Etebo also has the penetrating runs that can cause teams problem.

A coach with the right philosophy and system can get brilliance from our midfielders. Ekong, I repeat was brilliant at the Olympics. He distributed brilliantly.

Ajayi is brilliant but also remember Ekong was brilliant playing the ball at the Olympics with Siasia. I think the system of the current Super Eagles have held Ekong back. He was a joy to watch at the Olympics.

Ekong is awkward on the ball even at Udinese, Ndidi is average on the ball, Etebo is average on the ball, Iwobi is a ball carrier but not a playmaker

Joachim pep and kloop plays an attack minded game and yet concede very few....Nigeria defense is very cool (considering how they hold brazil) and you've midfield that can hold the ball and a very sharp attack then why is rohr always afraid to try an attack minded formation or at least a balanced formation
moreover the idea of giving the ball to d oppenent and sit down to break is very primitive many coaches are already aware of this Nigeria should be playing a possessive game

Guardiola and Klop both plays AF at Man City and Liverpool and they both concede lesser goals compares to other English teams that plays DF.
Playing AF doesn't equates to conceding more if your tactics is good.
