By the 2022 electoral act, all election results are to be transmitted electronically from the polling units, straight to the INEC national coalition center, which will have all party agents and officials. You can't rig elections there.

The only way to rig elections now is by vote buying, right at the polling unit. So if you don't sell your votes, your candidate would win.
