I understand how you felling everyone is addicted to one things or the other, but let me tell you it might seems not possible to change on a long run but it's not. I will advise you need to seek for counseling or if you are a Christian go and talk to a good man of God, but first you need to made up your mind you want a change and be ready to give it all its takes by looking out those things that cause your addition act I.e friends circle, environment, family etc.

I don't know why we have a very low thinking mentality, when we don't value what we have another person see it has an opportunity to make Wealth. seeing Beyonce in such act need to call on us for a challenge because if we failed to value the resources God bless us with another person will take it from us.

Visa finally issued after 45 days of being placed on AP... No funding. 294 Gre scores and so many errors on my Ds160...

I would advise those out there to go all out and try it again, I was denied December 2018, March 2019 and approved June 2019, 3 interviews in the space of 6months( first 2 in lagos and last one in Abuja) and I got it the 3rd time... I remember the day I was first denied in lagos , I walked from Walter Carrington to Constain and I didn't even know where I was, I travelled same day all night cos I had to be at work the following day, it was a cold sad journey form lagos to Ondo state... I stopped believing in my dreams of studying in the US, i didn't even prepare for the last interview at all,my beards was unshaved, I wore a top that isn't good enough to wear to work on a good day and I honestly prepared myself to get the "am sorry you don't qualify" message from the VO, but nonetheless I prayed and I hoped..

Today it AP changed to Issued, after 45 days of tension, I have checked and checked a thousand times and today God did it. I appreciate everyone on this platform and I think we are really going a good job here, God bless everyone and for all those still on AP. Don't worry, your status will change soon... Off to Minnesota,

Had my visa interview on Monday and here is the transcript.

V.O: Good morning
Me: Good morning

V.O: Pass me your passport
Me: (Passed my Passport, I20 and sevis receipt)

V.O: Did you apply to any other school?
Me: I applied to seven other schools.

V.O: You applied to seven other schools? (She was a bit surprised)
Me: Yes (Actually applied to nine schools)

V.O: Why did you choose this school?
Me: Well, it was actually a tough one. I was awarded a fellowship by the school and given a graduate assistantship by the department. Also, my adviser Dr. Pierson was really keen on having me (stuttered a bit here) and went out of his way to convince me to join his research team. Most importantly, his research work on additive manufacturing, industrial automation and cobots are a perfect fit for me because this was what I worked on in my undergraduate research project, so it's more like a step up. ( she was listening and typing all through. Even after I finished she kept on typing for a while before asking the next question)

V.O: Which engineering are you going for? (My I20 only had "General Engineering " as the course of study)
Me: Industrial Engineering

V.O: Do you have any one in the US?
Me: Yes, my uncle.

V.O: Are you single?
Me: Yes, I'm.

V.O: (brought out the white paper and circled the pickup location before giving it to me.) It will be ready after 3 working days...... you will need your I20 at the point of entry...
Me: Thank you.

No body on this thread can or will guarantee you Visa without writing test score, but to be on a saver side I will advise you to write one atleast GRE test inorder to boost your visa chances been approved
