LMAO. This will surely keep happening, the reason why I hate to see that word vouches and people will still think it's a good idea to deal with some deal hunters here after they know how the person in question operate and yet nothing has been done about it.

A deal hunters that don't have full details of the phone he is selling and you're buying it, no exact pictures of what you're buying, no Imei, using Paul money to get items for Peter, having 20 phones claiming he has over 100 phones and he end up posting every one of them, items will come not as described, taking additional 4k on each phones while other deal hunters from lionleee picker charge 2500. promising this week and later change to next week and at the end he won't deliver it. Is that one a reliable person to vouch for?

Why is it that it is those that unah dey vouch for up and down na them their matter dey always dey dispute thread sef.

IF all of these are what he has been doing and yet he hasn't be flagged down on RED and yet you people will still vouch and keep shouting vouches up and down for him.. Emmafe actually briefed me about this issue on sunday because he was kinda scared and i told him point blank to call Mayor's bluff. I was surprised when he mentioned that Mayor even threatened him with Police, say wetin happen na? I think that's unfair, some people here have been trying to use their "popularity" to intimidate others which is very bad.

As a matter of fact Mayor needs to apologize to this gentleman with immediate alacrity.

All have spoken well and to be honest, I've garnered wisdom in all that have been said. In my opinion, a refund should effected even if not immediate. Emmafe and Macmayor have established a relationship and have been dealing for years as pointed out and all that needed to be done was to be open and straightforward about the whole deal.

If I were Emmafe, I'd take the phone back, sell off and then refund. It's really not that hard. We are all business partners andmost importantly, friends (That's the way I see it). Issues like this shouldn't mar either relationship.

irrational point. Mcmayor didn't take this as a business or friends matter. How can he be threatening Emmafe with police. I like going to court than police station cos we still have sensible.people at the court than.police station. They should meet in court and see if he will win the case.

When one is searching for a deal, there are cases of color preference. So I will still put blame between McMayor and female buyer. Buyer didn't state color and likewise the buyer representative doesn't ask for color. what happened to the power of asking? and pictures was sent yet she didn't remember not to like the color until BF said he doesn't like black she now want refund. So using police to threaten him is of no use only a senseless officer will take charge on this issue.

Emmafe is a middleman in this deal, he has no final say on the deal, either McMayor accept his offer of refunding when item is sold to someone else or take the items as it is. who seek for refund based on color when deal has been sealed. Not that there was an agreement Incase buyers don't like color.


I don't support refund in this situation, unless items has a defect. Abi if na CV she will seek for refund? I trust she won't even consider that either.
