We just spoke man to man respectfully, and I begged him to deal. He promised to treat before end of the day. He explained the ride was booked for him, and the person who sent him was to pay, and they are presently having disagreements. Nevertheless he promised to sort you today. Exercise a little patience. Then. Thanks

If he truly want to pay, why block the driver. I called him he hang up when I mention bolt trip, redialed 3 times keeps rejecting the call

Hello comrades....my experience on Monday this week was sad and disheartening, infact I went home for the day on just 2 trips.
I got my 2nd request for the day from Bera Estate @ Chevron destination Navy town, with so much excitement with the hope of suggesting for an offline trip.i got to the pick up point a guy came out holding nylon bag and he hopped at the back sit and he said oya let's go....I told him where sir? He said Navy town and I told him if we can do offline but instead he declined then my mood changes and in my mind no wahala...
Long and short we got to mile 2 with heavy traffic and flood...I was so scared that the car will drink water..we will be in the flood for good 30 minutes with no movement and this guy sat at the back with his two legs on the sit ...making silly calls.
Anyway, he got himself introduced as captain and showed me a picture of his posture with a gun that he served in the North.
Suddenly, he said this traffic is too much oooo..that he would like to come down and continue with bike that he is already running late, so he demanded that i ended the trip which showed us 3,600.
He demanded for my account number which I gave him....the next thing he said that his boy at home will do it that I should not worry, he sent the details to the so called boy...and after like 10 minutes he called the so called boy and he said the network is bad that he would continue trying.
Meanwhile, this captain said he will give me his number so that I can call him for a follow-up.
Low and below I allowed him to go and I was on that mile 2 for 3hrs and more. Then it occurred to me that I have not seen the alert and I even checked my account online nothing.... immediately I called him he said let me call the boy....after 20 minutes I called again....he said I will call you back that he wants to change his cloth..... and I kept calling this line.....no response and the next thing was to block my line......then I now realize it is now done on me...I qickly call my friends to call the line...he pick and after hearing them he will block them ...till this moment nothing has been heard from him and I cannot access him anymore...my 3,600 gone.....Bolt have taken thier commission....
He claimed to be in Navy which I believe....below are his details
Name: Emmanuel Chibuike
Phone number: 08133901891
I am attaching details from Bolt
Please I need this our forum to call him to order and pay the services rendered.

Called him, on hearing I called in regards to the bolt trip he used on Monday. The bastard hang up on me. People no get joy at all.

Not true. You will collect a slip containing the NIN on d spot.

He is right the slip given on the spot is the one with tracking ID, after 2weeks the the slip with NIN will be available, even Zenith bank will direct you to go Alausa for the NIN slip using the tracking ID slip.

GUIDES TO AVOID BEEN SCAMMED

AS A BUYER
* Do a check on the account or the person selling, a search of the moniker or contact number should bring out any related posts about them.
* Don't be in a rush to pay for an instate item to someone you did not know, no matter how sweet the price is.
* A seller that has bad or nasty attitude/manners during enquiries should be a red flag to you.
* Don't send money ahead for items to be waybilled, to be on a safer side, look for someone you know in the seller's town to meet and transact then send to you.
* If not on clearance thread and the price is too good to be true, do your survey about the item cost, ask the seller questions, they should satisfy reasonable curiousity about what they are selling, otherwise, give it up.
* Don't be moved by the term "other people are on it", and be convinced to pay if you are not sure of the seller.
* Beware of payment before delivery sellers, if they dont want to risk been scammed, they should provide a pick up or meeting location.
Opt for Escrow services as a safer resort.

AS A SELLER
* If you cannot run payment on delivery, at least give a payment on pick up option at your location or within.
* If it is to be waybilled, ask them to get someone themselve that can come and get the item and waybill to them if you don't want to do that. (I have sent goods to friends out of lagos many times, to meet up with the seller, have my payment transfered and release item to the seller, it's a risk of wasting waybil fund, but i can work around that, but I will never force someone skeptical, after giving my registeration number, my personal and business online accounts of years, to make payment before waybil, I understand the fear of being duped)
* Don't respond to sellers as if you are dashing them the item for sale, even if you are dashing them, it takes nothing to be nice.
* To further assure buyer you are legit (this method has never failed in convincing a buyer I am legit)
- tell them they could call you on video call to confirm your identity.
- provide a social media account if old and active that has your face all over it.
- Assure them you would send your ID(cover your id number) with same name as account number they are to pay to. ( this confirms they are paying to your account that can be traced to you and not a PAGA account that you will withdraw and be untraceable after scamming them)
* If a buyer has questions, try and respond to them, if you are finding it uncomfortable, simply say it has been sold, bad attitude as a seller is not ideal.
* Do not hold your items for promises if you do not want to, this will eadicate having to ask someone to pay as many people are on it, who pays first or comes to inspeact and pay gets the item.

I wish they see this and listen to this.

biggysmall44:
Good evening everyone.

I think I have waited long enough to call out this scammer.

He posted this washing machine for sale and I messaged him on whatsapp of which I later made payment of 35k for the item and logistics on saturday to be delivered to Ibadan.

Ever since I made the payment, his numbers has not been going through and he has not replied on whatsapp (I think he blocked me lol ).

Attached are the screenshots and his account details.
