There are many fake agents outside there and they are the one giving us problem at China embassy via their fake documents issuing to potential students.

Many rules has come to play at China embassy while requirements are inconvenient anymore.

Please even if you want to use agent, dont use them for admission..... Some students will not even have required documents and wanting agents to fabricate documents for them.

If you don't know where to start from, please join groups on whatsapp and wechat. Ask question and go to Cafe if you can't afford system.

Just scan all your documents and save it on your mail if that is your problem. Buy #200 time in Cafe and apply to many schools.

Leave these agents alone. 70% of them are fake. It is causing problems for us at embassy.

Moreso, people are condemning Egyptian airline because of the way the do customers and luggage.

I called ABUJA and asked about statement of account, the guy said you wouldn't need to present it so far it is stated on the admission notice and jw20 form that you are on full scholarship

I called Lagos consulate, alas, the girl that attended to my call said you'll need to present statement of account because you'll need someone to help you in case of emergency.
But I guess the lady was saying rubbish because your standard of living as a single man or woman is 1,500rmb as the case may be and government will be giving 3,000rmb for MSC and 3,500rmb for PhD. So what kind of emergency was she talking about.


Please can someone else call that Lagos and make another enquiry about statement of account may be the lady was dreaming then.

If we also have someone in the vicinity, they can help to visit church gate to confirm the information.

I dont know o. But when I got CSC scholarship, I got visa without showing bank account. I was about to go to China but got a better scholarship with a better offer. So I did not go to China anymore.

However, last year, I think they requested for statement of account from my freind who won CSC. They also requested police report. I didnt do statement of account, nor used bank account and also didnt submit application opnline. You are now required to submit visa application online.

You do not need to go to Abuja and legalise your certificate. Your notarisation from court is enough. It was accepted last year from my freind who did in Lagos.

Now that i have certified my Bsc, transcript and O level results at the high court, do i still need to take it to ministry of Education in abuja for another authentication Note that i will be holding JW201 form

Meanwhile, these were the activities carried out last year;

We certified all our educational certificates at High court
We authenticated Police character form at the ministry of foreign affairs
we filled the visa form online and attached all the documents
We booked appointment for documentation,
They returned our documents to us and gave us a handbill that contain a number to book our interview
We booked interview and went there on that interview day. We did biometrics before interview and we paid 32k+ before interview
We did interview and was given a pick up form for collection

The same thing was done at Abuja last year.........

I applied to Chinese government scholarship under China pharmaceutical University. But I was given pre admission letter under CPU president scholarship. And not csc.wch makes me think I might have chosen d wrong type or csc did not proceess my documents.

They might have selected people that are more qualified than you. Because considered you for another scholarship......if it is full scholarship, be thankful
It happened to me last year too......I didnt qualify for csc and was given presidential scholarship which is also full scholarship

It depends on the mistake you've done. If you have done a mistake that may cause denial of visa, then you have no option than to refill the form and rebook the appointment.

Dont forget that if you refill the form with the correct information, you will be given another application number which you'll have to use for appointment

But on the day I went for my documentation and interview, no one ask anyone for authenticated police character certificate.
Moreover, the stuffs was returned back to us during our interview day.

God might have favoured me though, but I wasn't asked for any authentication at LAGOS EMBASSY

Just to share my experience regards the police clearance at the LAGOS embassy.
1. If you apply on a Friday, you will get it on d next Friday.
2. If u apply on any day from Monday to Thursday, you will get it not on the next Friday but on the upper Friday.
3. Docs are usually giving on Friday.
4. Go early for submittion or collection, especially Fridays, else...
5. if your leg is long enough, forget points 1 to 4. FACT. Goodluck
