I have a Xiaomi Redmi 9T that people have problems reaching me on my MTN line. I can make outgoing calls easily but reaching me has been difficult and people have to dial my number so many time before it can come through.

I have used the phone in 2 states with full MTN network. I have even reset the phone network and I just swap the MTN SIM but the problem persists.

I have also reset the network settings but the results are the same

Please, how can I solve this network problems on the phone.

Backup the files in your SD card (maybe by copying them to your phone memory), then whenever the prompt pops up again you will have to choose one which will format the memory card... You won't see that promt again afterwards.

I experience this sometimes. What I do to fix it is just to restart the phone. I noticed it occurs more frequently whenever I put password in the phone so I've removed password.

But I think the real culprit is that you're using memory card of lesser known brand.

Lol, even my 9A sometimes gets stucked at the redmi logo while booting. The last time it happened (last week) I had to wait for about 30 mins before it came up after several attempts to force reboot using the Vol and power button.

Apart from the notorious 9T, It seems Xiaomi phones in general have issues with booting up. Most guys here are unaware because they don't usually switch off their phones.

I dare anyone here to try and reboot his Xiaomi phone like 4 to 5 times consecutively and see if it won't get stucked before completing the 5th boot.

Pls this confirmed? I restarted My 9t and it used over 6+ hours to get back on, I am afraid to switch it off again. Who can do this in Lagos with high success rate? I would rather continue using my 9T than refund, they are too many important things in the phone.
