Guys, help me out. I bought a 4G Glo sim and did the necessary but it refused to browse like my brother's sim. I use a R5 plus and He uses a Tecno.

...took it to their office and the rep was like the Problem is my phone and she shows me a list of phones with Glo broadband or whatever but I don't think she really knew what is wrong.

Anyone that fixed or knows how I can fix this, abeg help meh.

Screenshot the about section of your phone and the battery usage breakdown. I use redmi 5 plus and I am on miui 10.0.4.0 but don't experience any heating.

So many factors can cause heating and battery drain.

same here was surprised wen he said he experiences overheating on 5plus

The answer is we don't know. Spark 2 is big and looks like a correct phone even if it's cheap.
