I bought the phone just before this thread was created. I feel bad because the money was hard earned money. I wish I had seen a thread like this, I would have ran away from Oukitel.

My biggest issue is to find a way to claim my waranty or somhow get the phone fixed.

Good morning house. I need advice on a phone I bought from Jumia in June, 2018. The phone has not been working properly few months after I bought it.

Its problem range from
1) Back flashlight not working
2) Going off without me touching it
3) I cant transfer files to/from laptop using USB cable
4) Not charging
5) Finaly Going off completely

I contacted Jumia via email about two months ago about returning the Phone and I was told I cant return the Phone The Phone make is Oukitel k3
Pls what can i do as I beleive my waranty has not expired. Thanks

If u all rather save money in no time Youwill buy a phone that has much quality and doesn't give so much of an issue , than this over rated toy.

A wise man once said cheap things dey run bele. Even the flagship poco f1 can't stand against a Samsung s7 or iPhone 6s. Save buy a standard phone with spare parts availability. As for camera why buy a camera when I can get similar in a quality phone. Be wise guys
