was about to say this. I wonder if some people pass through school at all, they will keep emphasizing on gullible things and they will be agreeing up and down... This was how some misinformed set of pple kept shouting that NNPC has shortlisted underneath and pple should take their minds off it cos they've given out appointment letters to their candidates until NNPC test invite came out and now they are on interviews. I just hate to see some comments here.
they are telling you their own experience and u are equating it to school. The new immigration staff, that just started work, were u aware of their process?. i am telling u my own side of my experience & u are equating it to "pass through school at all", some of these recruitment started way way back bfre thy even anounced it, 60% has been picked already

Because the person said it with confidence, you believed it 100%. You can believe anything sha.

Even if they are going to do it through the back door, they will still inform the public that they've contacted the qualified candidates. May we dey reason like pesin wey pass through school abeg
bros, i agree with you. the shortlisting has already been done, mind you, this thing started since last year. through connect, i was at the verge of collecting my letter at NCS headquarter in febrary, befre the press got wind of it & storm the place. the exercise had to be relocated & letter withdrawn

Do you have a phone? Do you have an internet? If your answer to the above questions are Yes,then I would implore you to look beyond the 9 to 5pm Jobs(Office work should be a bonus stream of income). You should start thinking of creating other streams of income especially taking advantage of some legit online opportunities. Fact is this,"in this 21st Century,Information is the currency(strive by all possible means to be rightly informed)".
Do you know that you can share your opinion/review about some software products and be rewarded in dollars? Capterra and other platforms are doing this and the good thing is that it is opened to everyone including Nigerians(You get paid $10 for each successful review). This is not a hearsay, I just cashed out a $100 from Capterra few days ago from the reviews I made. This is absolutely free and easy to understand(inasmuch as you wrote SSCE). Don't limit yourself bro, there are lots of opportunities out there, just be rightly informed.

Do not stop when you are tired, only stop when you are done. Cheers
ok. thanks, i will work on this. i hv been introduced to so many internet sites, that ends up useless or fustrating, making me loose the little money i have. you will even work fr some, to cashout, will become a problm. if this is genueine, will give it a try, i have opened the page already, i think i need to download the app & test run it, before i can review. Thanks, once again

I don't mean to be rude but you have to take the bull by the horn.

I bet you submit the same CV for all the jobs you apply for, how would they invite you for an interview?
You have to show them that your a potential asset and your first line of defence is your resume.
So even if you have to lie on your resume just to get an opportunity to be interviewed, go ahead(provided you can defend it)

Then what happens after you are invited for an interview?
You have to study to be able to convince them that you are qualified for the job. Even if it means learning a new skill asap.

Put some work and effort in your search for a job, you have to be willing to edit your resume over and over again.
Edit your resume to suit the job description your applying for.

Lastly start small. Start with a lower paying job and develop your self.
With a low paying job you have a reason to leave your house everyday(less depression), you stand the chance of networking with people, you can use the office Wi-Fi to develop yourself and this would qualify you for a higher and better paying job.

Stop giving excuses and go to work.

Pardon my grammatical errors.
funny you. is like money never deal with you before. Have you been to a point where even to photocopy ur credentials, u can't, not to talk of registering fr courses. i have many experiences(contract basis), but am still looking fr a job. infact my people don pursue me frm house, so right nw, am managing a 20k salary work, that only pays my transport. how i wan do

To say I'm disappointed will simply mean I am an hypocrite. Why? Because I really do not expect anything much from men who are just fortunate to be good in public speaking and then quickly clinch to the title "Man of God"

There are only a few men of God out there and we know only a little. Others are just public speakers.

Take this man for example. Can you see his anger? Do you see him fight really hard not to insult the lady on camera just because she asked a simple question.
Can you see his tricks —"let's say a prayer" (camouflaging his anger under the pretense of prayer. Which God does he intend to pray to in such manner?
Even Champion Royal Assembly(Pastor Joshua Iginla), that just stated barly two years ago, has acquired his private jet last week too. They are all private jet crazy

sad As a born again Christian who is meant to speak the truth at all times, i believe this abomination will never be found amongst our Muslim brothers. I have never seen Muslim parents openly trading their childrens happiness for wealth. We Christians need to be shameful and reduce our crave for wealth and material things of these world. John 3:16 says For God so love the world that he sent his begotten son Jesus to die for our sins and those who believe in Jesus will have eternal life. This present generation of Christians have deviated from the teachings of Christ. Sometimes I'm ashamed to be a Christian sad

PhonesRe: My Facebook Account Blocked After A Scammer Called Me by sunmarouk(m): 9:56am On May 23, 2019
Ademidd:
A Scammer Called Me And Not Long After My Facebook Account Was Blocked.

Good day nairalanders, I received a call from an unknown number around 4pm today, the caller said Facebook is giving out #20,000 that he needed 'some' of my account details. I told him immediately that I can't give out my account details. Then he asked for the name of my bank, I told him its sterling bank which is a lie. I don't have an account with sterling bank. Then he said 'I will send recharge cards instead' I didn't even pay attention to him, I hanged up...

On getting home now, trying to log into my Facebook account to check new post a sewing group I joined rececently, I got a reply that my account has been blocked.

What is getting me worried now is that six weeks ago, I tried calling my bank customer care line for almost 2days, the numbers were not going through. Since I am not on twitter, I decided to reach out to their customer care on Facebook. I sent a message to them and they replied and I deleted our conversations immediately. I didn't give out name of account even though its my Facebook username and any other account details.

Now, what do you think could have happened, I tried calling the customer care line not its not going through. What do you think the scammer is trying to get to and should I disconnect my number from that account( if there's anything like that)

Mods kindly help me, I'm scared.
lol. why you dey fear like this. that's why we all need to be informed, especially technologically. well, there is nothing to be worried about. as far as any of ur passpord of ATM & other thngs are not written anywhere online, then u are safe. no need disconnecting ur phone number frm ur bank account, they cant get to it without ur permission/authorisation. Make sure, all accounts(bank or otherwise) are all connected to ur email, phone numbr for authentication. hv two mail, if possible to serve as security for each other

ehmmmm, not quite true. big organizations want to see ur degree(certificate) first, before testing for those skills mentioned above, but small organisations are interested in ur skill, especially computer skill, very very important. you will see an SSCE holder becoming a secretary to the MD, all because, he can manipulate computer very well(but attimes, they overuse them)

I would advice you to go for a Post Graduate degree in a field related to your course. Please don't come out with third class again. If your brain can't carry accounting, go for business administration or marketing. A good post graduate degree would over shadow your third class. God's grace dear.
