Graduate are being given two star as thier start up rank, OND are given either three "V", while SSCE are either one "V" or so.

Weekdays and weekends. weekdays start by 5pm to 8pm while weekends lecture begins by 8pm till sometimes 2-3pm.

I suppose this are established security formation who is to police us in Lagos state after the federal police are incapacitated due to the #Endsars protest and aftermath? Are these LNSC really Lagos state government security formation or they are Private security owned under consultant and some politicians in the state?

From our fact check information, we could detect many reasons why these young educated and fairly educated men and women are incapacitated in discharging security duty in the state of excellence especially during this critical time of aftermath end SARS comatose.

These are our findings after underground information and some information discovered on social media and to some well-meaning lagosians who might have come in contact with them.

The Lagos Neighborhood Safety Corps (LNSC) is a uniformed security agency established by a law of the Lagos State House of Assembly in 2016 to assist the Police and other security agencies to maintain law and order in the state. They operates in all the 57 LGA/LCDA in Lagos.

Here are some REMOTE CAUSES why the LNSC can not give Lagosians adequate and meaningful security service in LAGOS STATE;

1. THE ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU 2O23 PRESIDENTIAL AMBITION HINDRANCE
The political ambition of Asiwaju has made the Governor of Lagos state Mr. Babajide Sanwolu led government rendering LNSC useless so as not to go against the northern oligarch who are against state police. Ask why Mr. Sanwolu has not signed the (LNSC/AKOTEKUN AMENDED ACT) into law like his other counterparts in the southwest?

2. MASSIVE CORRUPTION WITHIN THE LAGOS CONSULTANT IN LIEU OF AGENCY
The act establishing the agency(LNSA) empowered the body to employ, promote, dismiss and determine renumerations of the personnel, thereby leaving the personnel at the mercy of hungry and corrupt political appointee called board. They underpay personnel salary and carefree on there welfare including outfits which represents Lagos image.

3. RECRUITMENT
The directive given by the former Governor His Excellency Akinwunmi Ambode, government was to absorb all old personnel (Neighborhood watch) into the newly established LNSC, but on the contrary only few of them made the lis which is less then 10%. Slots were given to children of politicians and party members then with no interest in the job.

4. TRAINING
This is where I realized that the state government are not ready for the state police they proposed for. A week induction training was given to the personnel as a base for the huge task before them while the serious ones who are ready to work attended the training, politician and most party members slot did not bother attending the training at all. Yet they all resume duty together. How do you want such people to Safeguard LAGOS STATE after the #Endsars was hijack by hoodlums?

5. BOARD CHAIRMAN FACTOR
The board Chairman who is a retired DIG of Nigeria Police Force who is on part-time to oversee the activities of the suppose agency often promote and project the cause of the Nigeria police rather than that of the Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Corps, LNSC., for example the power to conduct stop and search, arrest befor turnover as enshrined in the (LNSA ACT AS AMENDED) can't be carried out by the personnel as a result of the counter directive by the DIG. He's a policeman after all!

IMMEDIATE FACTOR FOR UNDER PERFORMANCE

• LOCATION OF THEIR OFFICES
Out of the 57 Local Government and LCDA's, less than 10% had their offices inside the community, the rest had their offices inside the local government which made people see them as local government workers with political affiliation rather than security personnel who they truly are.

• ILLITERATE HEAD THEIR VARIOUS STATIONS
On like there federal counterparts, go to their various stations except few and confirm this, people with Primary school certificate (FSLC) are appointed to head their stations where there are more than 50 graduates are under a head with Primary school certificate.This has greatly hindered their performance and their relationship with the outer society and dampen the moral of the educated ones to work with illiterate superior as Corp Officer(C.O) or sometime referred as Corps Superintendent (C.S) who hang the rank or crest of LNSC badge and in military and paramilitary both federal or state the badge is thesame to an eagle rank wore by every recognise uniform personnel.

• WAGES AND SALARY
Don't be deceived that this people are paid same salary with their counterpart in other agencies. This is a FAT lie proven.

Salaries of the Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Corps, LNSC are as follows:
No minimum implemented as reported in the Media
Graduate 55,000 to 59,000 after minimum wage implementation for (Bsc/HND) holders employed in year 2018.
Graduate 48,000 from 55,000 after minimum wage implementation for (HND) holders employed in 2016.

NO RISK OR HAZARD ALLOWANCE
LNSC officers life has been since the inauguration of the formation. After 4 years of committed service to the state when at times life might be lost or heavily body damage, I had been proven beyond reasonable doubt that no HAZARD ALLOWANCE has been paid to this people after Four years aside basic salary and some has lost their life in the cause of their duty which some evidence has been seen on social media and some pages of local newspapers.

• AMMUNITION TO COMBAT CRIME
No scientific self defense ammunition was given to any LNSC personnel because they don't want to step on the Masters (northern oligarchs) toes except Barton which the Yoruba parts of Nigeria called "Kondo olopa" and tactical belt without necessary devices for protection. When going for operation you at the mercy of God for protection and to those who believe in voodoos. It is just of recent the LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT gives training at their Training institute about CRIME PREVENTION.

• NO ORACLE NUMBER OR CONFIRMATION LETTER as a genuine lagos state public servant. NO PENSION. NO PROMOTION. This is where I concluded that afterall, this energetic learned and fairly schooled people might be working for a consultant firm because if not, this four things must have been given if truly they are staff of Lagos State after working for 4 years.
Hope you can see why they are not ready to give their all to the job and secure Lagos state aftermath of #Endsars protest who made hoodlums to loot palliatives and burn down important items and facilities.They were better performed under the NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH than now when they are called NEIGHBORHOOD SAFETY CORPS.

The same paid delivery format was used to send the fake consignment coupled with the information she received and my phone number. Though this phone number +2348101069379 is the claimed British airways Delivery Service which true caller app detected from my phone, is the Nigeria person that was demanding for #7,500 from me in the British airways in Abuja. This scammers are working hand in hand and creating fake Facebook account and fake delivery service. I don't want to to go deep on them I should have demanded for their account number to make payment.

Fellow NL, I want to travel I am tired of my fifty thousand naira(#50,000) Security job in Nigeria it doesn't worth dying for.

I struggle hard to attain university level all alone but what am 'settling for' is a security job of #50,000. In it, will i cater for my parents, junior ones, church, electric bill, feeding etc. I am extremely tired of Nigeria! I am the first born of the house I can no longer hold the stress, pain and pressure of meeting up. My mate that we finished secondary school 17 or 18 years ago are now doing fine in abroad and coming home to build houses while some are doing well in there business but here I am in Nigeria still struggling to be rise.

How can I find my way to Europe if its still security job I can find there I will do pending the life there is good. How can this my #50,000 monthly salary take me to Europe? Am getting knots and rotten in this so called Nigeria, I can't cope any longer.

Someone HELP!
