I had a dream after coming back from work this morning at about 5:30am. I slept in my sleep, dream took me to an area I used to know where my parents once lived surrounded with huge Lagos model college and a Methodist primary school opposite, in that dream a huge bomb exploded in far near the area and after a while military aeroplanes and helicopters carrying soldiers loads hovering the sky of the environment causing uncomfortable helter-skelter of motorists and the community members who was aware of the fly planes running to no where.

After some minutes to hour I heard a knock at my former landlord door step where we were once lived, it was a soldier man with hat on is head telling me to vacate the room and leave now; like a joke I had to simply obey him but unfortunately, as I was leaving to backyard looking for my parents to tell them of army man taking over their room, he come another soldier man pointing me gun with arrow head telling me that you people said you're not enjoying this government, they are not building roads and causing hardship in the economy and making life not friendly abi...,! he fired a shot at me, I dodged it and he said okay una don wise' before he could fix another bullet/arrow head to the big gun he was carrying I have climbed fence in between the house I was to the other compound but all I could find in other compound was a female soldier pointing gun to women traditionalist of about five wearing all through white clothing like Iya Orisa, quickly I jumped on he female soldier grabbed her neck choking her by covering both mouth and nose till she dies.

I will appreciate being illegal immigrant in foreign country than to continue to suffer in my own country as a legal citizen. OP, make inquiry about conversion. If they still convert, then go for it with the aim of converting to a full staff. Put in your best and I wish you great success.

With HND they won't accept you even with your six year or more expensive if you don't have University degree. I don't know why the disparity between HND and University degree. Lagos state government has converted their Polytechnic now into University it an opportunity for those working as a contract staff to pursue Degree course if they still want to be relevant in the job or when better offer comes out from other sectors they can be on the advantage. Lemme shock you, in government job, your HND is placed on level six or seven in while B.sc on level 8 step 1 or 2 which means level 8 officer salary will or might be 15,000 or 20k different from yours.

Despite the choking and time consuming you can enroll in partime university degree weekend while your time is being wasted as you claimed, your experience will count and your degree cert will give you leverage for conversion or to write a conversation test or an opportunity to work in another bank as a staff on B.O level. B.O is where all full staff begin banking care job except you're on appointment that is when you start from management level.

Note: Banks cherished certificate of recognise Federal and some respected state University but let your field of study pertaining something in banking such as Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Insurance, Management. Mathematics, Marketing without that you may not get opportunity to be absorb as a staff except you going to just be graduate or someone is at the government ends to help you for government job or you just fine a favour of good.
