Do you think the Psychometric and IQ test stage is another (the final) screening stage in the recruitment process or it's just for formality for those that have scaled through the interview already.

Even my laptop screen that I changed with just 12k isn't behaving like this 23k phone screen from Gionee.

I felt duped and cheated. Felt like I was given a counterfeit and leftover screen even after paying that high amount for a simple phone screen.

So I bought a new M5 Screen at Uyo Gionee service center and just three days after, the screen started flickering once the backlight dims... and I took it back to the service center immediately and they told me there's nothing they can do about it... I want to ask, is it that they gave me a fake or faulty screen and is there really no way I can get a better screen or a refund?

Just be confident...know your onions about heat exchangers, vapor liquid equilibrium, dew point, Raoults law, pump chosing requirements, urea production, distillation columns, no of trays..
A case scenerio.. You are the field engineer incharge of a tank filled with hot steam.. & you want to go home... What should be your major concerns... Parameters to look out for

It was stated at the end of the GD that non Lagos residents would be scheduled at a time most convenient for them. The interview mail dropped on Friday night. You would not expect someone to travel from Kano within such a short notice. Even candidates within Lagos would still be called because my friend did so well at the GD but is yet to be invited. Keep calm guys.

Uhmmmm, I'm just curious oh... How do you know your friend did well in the GD? Do you know how it was assessed?

Video evidence wont be enough... When you are disconnecting it, anything might happen and story that touches... I dont have any better idea though.
