I don't believe atheism is a belief system. I mean, yes there might be some atheistic religions out there, but atheism is not just the lack of belief in God or gods. It is also a lack of belief in concepts like karma, the lotus flower, the dharma wheel etc (known e.g in an atheistic religion like Buddhism).

And to be fair, I don't think I've ever deliberately tried to convince others. To be honest, I just don't care if someone is a Christian, Buddhist, Muslim or even worships the spaghetti monster, which is why I rarely participate in those kind of debates.

As long as you're not hurting anyone, trying to preach to me or coming up with myths and claiming they are facts, we're good.

For HND/Bsc 2.2 applicant that were successful during the G.D Interview on May 28 2018, mail just dropped in for Oral Interview.....recruitment process of Engineering Graduate Trainee 2018....just that they were shifted to Fertilizer Department.....PS:

Please can you elaborate on how they "were shifted to Fertilizer Department"?

I thought someone said they do the separation during Visa interview?

Many Christians were indoctrinated into Christianity because of their background and as a result never had the time to consider the faith they practice. Even many teachers of Christendom have many issues bothering them about their faith but are afraid or ashamed to question their faith because they don't want to be seen as hypocrites, doubters or apostates.

But the truth is that whatever that claims to be true must be open for investigations so as to ascertain its purity. Christianity is open to probing and God; The Lord Jesus Christ will not be sad if you question Him, investigate His claims and His book; The Holy Bible. This He allows and has given us a functioning brain to carryout the work.

Through the Atheists here and their atheistic claims I have gone further in investigating my Christian faith and I can confidently say I AM PROUD TO BE A CHRISTIAN.

As you press further to investigate Christianity you will perfectly observe a shift from UNREASONABLE FAITH > BLIND FAITH > REASONABLE FAITH. At this last point you will now know that Christianity works perfectly with FAITH AND LOGIC.

What does not exist does not have a name and if GOD is a name given to a supreme being then definitely He exist. Or do you know of anything that doesn't exist but have a name?

..
They called for GD December.....after that,chemical proceeded up to reception of offer letter..while others got no feed back...electrical guys got a call for interview..since then nothing..
Mechanical guys haven't done anything since they had the GD ...
The ammonia plant is ready..reason chemical guys have gotten the offer letter...

Well, some EEE guys in the WhatsApp group got the training bond mail today... Dunno why none of them is saying anything here just so others know that there's some progress whatsoever.

If you weren't called. It's because you were selected for refinery. Truth is that everybody applied for refinery but since its a norm to them to select people for fertilizer plant they had to call them to ask if they would accept the offer because fertilizer was not what they applied for.

Hmmm, one would wonder what that basis of selection was though... You have any clue?

It was same interview all of us did. Just that those who were called to ask if they would accept the offer have been selected for fertilizer.

Hmmm, So those people that were called last week, have they been given further info or directives yet?

Oga, steam generator is for steam production, an important utilty with diverse uses in the refinery and not necessarily for electricity generation. Even if part of the steam is used for electricity production, it would still be far cheaper to produce electricity inhouse than tap from the national grid due to economies of scale.

There are many people who did medicals in February and are still waiting for visa and bond mail also. Some have gotten while others are waiting...So there are many people who are on ground waiting for oversea training.... The recruitment process is very slow.

Still wondering why they had to recruit others just last month in order for them to join the seemingly endless waiting list.

Well, she said that categorically. In her explanation, she stressed that no two people from a particular tribe (say two Ijaw guys) would be selected unless it is evenly spread... Stuff like that.

That seemed to be the only basis of selection she hinted.
She also said that people from the previous recruitments dating back to 2015 would be considered first if they are still available.

I think it is another screening stage and not just for formality else, what is its use? The IQ/Personality test will test your suitability for job role and work ethics. Anyone that fails to meet their standards will be rejected.

But personally, I think there is a higher chance of being employed if one reaches this stage.

It's just that, the way the HR woman was telling us that we've arrived already and that the selection on who would be called first will just be based on tribes. She was literally telling us that it wasn't another screening stage, but I don't seem to believe her.
