Uhmm, I just stayed down and looked at it... It's really not that dusty. I didn't climb to clean it though.
It's a 24V system, 4, 300watts panels,l and from the Charge controller, the voltage from the panel will be around 51V to 56V while the current will be between 1 and 4 amps... Until around mid day when I'll mange to see between 9 to 11amps... Usually I do see around 15/16 amps during the raining season... But I just don't know... And I'm not suspecting the MPPT controller because it doesn't seem like it has any problem.

My solar panels ain't harvesting enough to charge my battery and power my fridge during the day like they used to before... I know the orientation of the roof I mounted the panels isn't facing the sun directly, but it was better during raining season... Now that it's dry season and the sun is shining well every day, yet I don't get enough power from the panels.... I read about angle of inclination of the sun to the panels this winter solstice period. Yes, my panels are almost backing the sun instead of facing it... I just want to know if that's what is really affecting the harvest or there might be something else... No, the panels are not covered in dust... Just not sure what's the issue... Anyone with such experience or recommendations should help me out please.

Disconnect the inverter from battery for about 3minutes.then reconnect and see if issue persists

Did that, but issue still persist.

I got this 24V 2.5KVA Afriipower inverter late January, about a week ago, I changed over to use Public power while I was only charging the batteries with the inverter and charge controller via the panels. Immediately they took away public power, the inverter started showing "short circuit, system shutdown"... It refused to power anything after that... I thought it was the fused that got blown, but the fuses are good... Tested them with multimeter and even replaced them with the spare that came with the product... Still the inverter refused to power anything.

I feel sad.

Please is there a better but cheaper brand of inverter of same spec I should go for?

Also, would taking this one for fixing be cost effective than buying a new and different brand inverter?

I bought the inverter 140k and it's bad barely two months.... Not like it was even connected to the load in the house when the incident happened.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
