Enyimbamercedes: On Nairaland, our “wildlife photographers” capture the wildlife, mutilate it and then take pictures to ask us what the name of the bush meat is. lol |

Ayostically: honestly the m5 mini is the best phone I have ever used. unfortunately it developed screen issues just as the complaint above and I had to lay it to rest. I bought the m11 but I was disappointed. I'm still struggling to understand this m11. A lot of appealing features on the m5 mini are missing here Like Automatic calls recording... I missed that do much. |

CAPSLOCKED: well, I reached an armistice with seun, for regular supplies of yams, kegs of palm wine, vibrators, and other things that I like. once he goes back on his terms.... I UNLEASH. I thought you got banned for going against rule 11. Probably why you are now using small caps.... missed the All Caps though. |

peacettw: Hahahahaha.. Kk.. Maybe you are the older version. The one I knew from way back was a lot weirder and silly I think back then we never knew who MrCork was, but the moment he posted his pix on his profile... That obvious mystery that surrounded the weird moniker got eroded and now he's easily mocked because of his stature... Probably that also affected him mentally. Sort of bruised that previous weird ego he used to have. Anyway, what do I know. |

Romance › Re: Any Hope For Atheist Dating In Nigeria? by Sunnystooth(m): 8:05pm On Dec 28, 2019 |
janettee: Ps: My parents know I'm an atheist so it's not something I try to hide from them. Hmmm, I guess it's easier for you especially with your Dad not minding... But what about your Mom? Doesn't she pray for her daughter from time to time to receive "Christ" like most Nigerian Moms do. Lolz. |
Romance › Re: Any Hope For Atheist Dating In Nigeria? by Sunnystooth(m): 7:52pm On Dec 28, 2019 |
janettee: Most married Nigerian women here are still very religious though. Even those popular Nigerian churches in Nigeria can be found here in major cities.
Even in the small city where my parents live, there's this Nigerian pastor that runs his own church there too . Hmm, So do you still go to church? Like don't your parents force you to, since it seems like you still stay with them... I might be wrong though. |
Romance › Re: Any Hope For Atheist Dating In Nigeria? by Sunnystooth(m): 7:42pm On Dec 28, 2019 |
janettee: You don't know me so you can to draw conclusions.
I didn't run away in that sense though . Well, I drew conclusion based on the fact that most married Nigerian women tend to be prayerful as a way of managing their marital problems. And you're a Nigerian lady, so if not that you've "ran away", you would most likely be like them... But like you said, I don't know you, so might have been an exception. |
Romance › Re: Any Hope For Atheist Dating In Nigeria? by Sunnystooth(m): 7:22pm On Dec 28, 2019 |

janettee: Maybe it's normal for men to be irreligious in Nigeria. Go to prayer houses, it's mostly filled with women.
Also, women are the 'prayer warriors ' in most families . Lolz... for your mind now, you've escaped being a prayer warrior abi? |
Romance › Re: Any Hope For Atheist Dating In Nigeria? by Sunnystooth(m): 6:52pm On Dec 28, 2019 |
janettee: When I revealed I'm an atheist to my cousin, she took it personal and was angry about some statements I made. That's just one instance.
So I imagine I wouldn't have been outspoken.
Also in Nigeria, people will literally hate you if you don't agree with the norm. You are right sha. I guess the stigma or "hate" is most likely more for girls than guys like us... Naija sha. |
Romance › Re: Any Hope For Atheist Dating In Nigeria? by Sunnystooth(m): 6:48pm On Dec 28, 2019 |

Romance › Re: Any Hope For Atheist Dating In Nigeria? by Sunnystooth(m): 6:42pm On Dec 28, 2019 |
janettee: Irreligious person? Yes! Outspoken? No! Lolz, this is the reason why it's difficult to find irreligious single ladies in Naija. Pray tell, why wouldn't you have been outspoken if you were in Naija? |
Romance › Re: Any Hope For Atheist Dating In Nigeria? by Sunnystooth(m): 6:29pm On Dec 28, 2019 |

janettee: Apart from fierry, my other Nigerian female friends are Christians.
They are just 2 anyway.
Most Nigerians here are still religious sha. It's hard to meet atheists or agnostics who are Nigerians. Hmmm, interesting. If you were still in Nigeria, do you think you'd have been an outspoken irreligious person like you are now? |

fieryy: That'd be a long ass distance relationship. I'm sorry, I can't really help in that regards. Janettee is the only Nigerian female friend I have, but even she is in Germany and isn't single. Eyah, the purpose of this thread is almost defeated. Lol. Long distance relationships ain't fun, although there are ways one could work around it. |
