Instead, Abia state came out from old Imo state. Ebonyi state was created from Abia and Enugu states. That's why a sixth state for the southeast must be created from Imo and Anambra States or from the 12 Local Government Areas of Imo West Senatorial district - ANIM/Orlu/Njaba state proposal.

Obviously Ebonyi people are missing David Umahi. Dave is proactive, faster and better in handling issues like this.
