I agree that the forum should have rules and regulations but just have the rules listed on a separate page and then put a statement saying that "you should read and abide by the rules before posting" instead of being greeted by a loooooog set of rules (some quite dubious) before you post.

Rules:

2. Don't abuse, bully, deliberately insult/provoke, fight, or wish harm to any Nairaland member.

18. Don't spam the forum by posting the same content over and over, to avoid being terminated.
19. Don't create a new account when banned for breaking a rule. If you do, make sure we don't find out.
