Man this post ( and title) is confusing. I thought the OP was suggesting that others (pedestrians) were throwing "dirt" into a vehicle via the open window. Reading it over, I understand now that the issue is of motorists and passengers throwing out their waste/garbage/dirt from their vehicles on to the roads/surroundings in reckless abandon. It's a very valid observation and there is no excuse for it. Even if there are no garbage disposal facilities on the road one can simply wait until the final destination to dispose of the garbage (dirt) appropriately.

Release who again? Abeg do the usual ....."shot while trying to escape"......story finished

No pishures? How we know this one true oh? In NL we need live and direct pishures or fideo in order to believe any story oh!
