Respect is earned and never given freely, if you sit there talking about responsibilities, such as being a president of a nation, then his actions should be louder than blunt words on inauguration day.Talking about being irresponsible i would assume that you know that the word "IRRESPONSIBLE" is relative and has a wide array of perspective. There is little , less and almost nothing to show after more than 2 months in office.
