Hi guys . I placed an order for a gig on Fiverr to get Instagram likes (even if the likes were bots doesn't matter ) I explained to the seller that I needed a quick turnaround time and he agreed , it's been over 24 hours and I'm yet to see any results , and the seller was unable to deliver and my client is disappointed .I have opened a dispute already and asked for a refund because it's obvious the seller can't do the job . He claims he has sent the likes to a post as agreed , but I haven't seen any significant change infact what's there is what's generated by the original post on Instagram , I have opened a dispute and asked for a refund , how long will it take to get my money back . The annoying thing is i ordered this job because I found out that the seller is a Nigerian , just wanted to help a fellow Nigerian and he messed everything up.

Not quite easy, don't think it's just gonna come on platter of gold infact YouTube has made the process more stringent when it announced a change in its partner program in which creators won’t be able to turn on monetization until they hit 10,000 lifetime views on their channel. YouTube believes that this threshold will give them a chance to gather enough information on a channel to know if it’s legit and cast out the unserious ones

What steps do I have to take ?

When you discover that one is a witch how should this be handled in Islam?

If I understand you very well, what you are referring to is if there is any sort of protection from witchcraft or form of diliverance/exorcism from demons in Islam..... well the answer is YES.

If a witch is afflicting a Muslim with evil, there are some certain chapters and verses of the Quran that Allah ensures it saves us from the evil of all kind. However if a Muslim have been afflicted with demons/Jinns all we need to do is to perform ruqiah on the person and that's all.

So if you are oblivious of the fact, now you are informed that there is some sort of deliverance/exorcism in Islam, it is called ruqiah and it is competent.
