I received the below message . What does this means, and How to go about it

please house, I have submitted my study appeal since 3rd November and have yet to receive a reply. I have sent mail to the visa office but I was told study appeals are pending. I want to know if it's a general thing cuz I don't understand again. i need help edakun

What was the exact reason, it is stated on the letter.

The reason was finances. Lump sum within the last six month and wasn't duly explained and also said the money left in the account wasn't enough even after payment of edu bond.

Hello house please, if refused based on financial reason can someone add money to the account prior to appeal?
