My question is, why will gbolade come here and lied when one laptop had already been sent to him? If truly you had an agreement of him sending the other gadget by tuesday, why not wait instead of coming here to lie, all because his number was switched of yesterday?

I'm really disappointed in you Mr. Chibuzor Eze, as a responsible business man, dis is not what is expected of you, someone has just leveled yet another allegation on you, instead of you to defend yourself, here you are saying some thing else, if you can post stuff on "Internet banking" during Donziko's case, what stops you frm do similar stuff now, in this now allegation of 95K or does Internet bank not functional on weekends?

The bank teller sent in by Chibuzo has no ilk of bank machine stamp on it and bears the same round bank stamp. Is it coincidence that the bank branch in Delta State or where ever Chibuzo made the refund is yet to 'standardize' just as a bank in the north (Kaduna)?

We only need the Bank - GTB bank to confirm that yes the bank's branch in those state are yet to standardize. At least we have two different tellers from GTBank with the square shaped stamp.

Donziko's whereabout notwithstanding is no excuse for not responding. Is number is not going through!

Talking about the stamp that GTB-Bank used in stamping the teller, Chibuzor Eze used in making payment into Donziko's account i.e having no ink, one thing u need to understand is that banks varies, frm branch to branch, some times in GTB-bank they can choose to stamp in some branches, while some other branches, can choose to just use the electronic stamp, that has time to stamp ur teller, the most important thing now is that Donziko has testify to the fact that he has received the money sent by Chibuzor Eze as @ Friday.

Donziko did not go underground, he did send someone here an sms, saying he is travelling for the Yuletide holidays, and he will be back as soon as possible, and moreover, he would have make a reply, but der is no reception in where he is presently, talking about Donziko's case.

rexfada: If only this thread had been on the front page before now, my elder brother would'nt av been a victim to this devil's act. Just last week he sent 14k to this Chibuzor Eze guy for a hp mini lappy through his gtbank account. My brother called him to let him know of the payment and to know when to expect the product, the tif claimed the goods will reach him the next day. My brother called him the next day evening to let him know he has'nt seen any product, the dude still claimed he had already gone to the motor park and sent it. When my brother called him the next day, he started yelling @ my brother saying even people who paid and have not gotten their goods for over 3 days have not disturbed him like my brother is. Later he stopped picking his call, even when my brother used a different number to call him, he picks, yell and later switch off his phone. I think my brother is beginning to get frustrated and wanting to leave this tif to God and his conscience(if he has one) .

Not again, perhaps the third perons to be accusing Chibuzor Eze, can you please tell your brother to scan and upload the payment teller to Chibuzor Eze's account, i.e scan and upload it here on nairaland.

There must be a syndicate running these shows. Why has Donziko not been online to confirm payment 9if indeed he has received repayment)? The name Don Isaac Joseph sounds scammy ....donziko should also come up with a government issued ID for us to believe.

For all I care this is just a case of fall-out between two scammers.

Actually you indeed returned the 30k to DoZiko, but along the line some one else came forward to lament how he too has been duped by you, and he has been trying to reach you via phone, but all efforts proved abortive, and lots of people here felt pity for him to hv lost 95k just like dat, and choose to draw the attention of the mods.

Can you pls comfirm to us, wen you are going to do a refund of the 95k...

Zither: I called him almost two hours ago and had a lengthy discussion with him. He told me he had not been online for quite a while and that was one of the reasons why he had seemed to delay payment. In addition, he said his mobile was on silent that period I called him besides the fact that he only got to read my message warning him to refund my money or be dragged to public attention a little too late... According to him, he did not read the messages I sent initially for reasons best known to him but that he read them only when the matter was brought to his attention by a friend. He told me I am not the only one affected by the delay and is working towards ensuring the investors receive their returns. I listened patiently and offered him bits of advice. I told him if he had called to explain any challenges he had that made it difficult to make the payment at the expiration period I would have been glad to give him the time he required to address the challenges as long as I am certain he is genuine...dat way I would encourage his venture with my patience. Moreover, I told him he should never treat calls and messages lightly as a business man...they are extremely vital in sustaining a business. He assured me in a tone I will call repentant that it will never happen anymore and that I will receive my payment this week. While talking to him, my airtime expired. He promptly called back. I admired that because a majority of scammers never do..he was keen on restoring his good reputation which SurveyProf observed that Aladesiun has established online and which also made me commit my money to his investment... He told me I will receive my payment this week and that this issue will never repeat itself anymore. As we rounded off the discussion, I told him I will update it here for people to read. In my opinion he sounded truly sorry for everything. I shall hope he fulfills his words so that his reputation may heal faster from the bruises of this saga even though he brought it on himself and when he makes the payment I shall let everybody know. Thank you all nairalanders for your love nd concern...SurveyProf, thanks for the umpteenth time for everything. Aladesiun, I hav no dime of interest in damaging the reputation you have worked for only that it is so saddening you brought it on yourself...had you pickd or responded this wouldn't have been.

1. how come the OP's name is not visible on the bank teller?
2. Would a bank teller accept payment with the date a day later? 20th November 2012 on Teller, while the bank's date shows 21 November 2012
3. Payments over the counter does not take more than an hour to post into the relevant account.
4. How come the OP never went to the police or EFFC with the evidence he's gotten?
5. We cannot trust the phone recording as the OP may have done it with someone else ...no proof the mobile number called belongs to the scammer
I could go on and on ....my conclusion ....the OP is a scammer trying to Scam another scammer in other words ....both are the same! Case closed
