Bright2: It's a pity people just glance through Nairaland post without learning from it.I wonder how some one could just fall so easily to this scam,this is exactly Bright Esuike write up & partern of scam! Chibuzor Eze,you know what you did so stop pretending. I believed the purchaser than the seller,other members should be careful for this scam is real.This is another Bright Esuike on this forum who started selling DSTV software on phones & laptop that doesn't function,look @ his signature again.This is Bright Esuike with another user name,he has many user names he operate with as if people are supporting him with good testimonies,pls be careful!

Bright Esuike, was sometime ago doing same stuff, he uses ladies names to open First bank account, and you can never trace him, I understand he is from Delta state, talking about Bright Esuike, I have been looking around for him...

Chibuzor Eze has been able to pay back Donziko at as last friday, he is yet to pay the new dude (N95,000)

4bobo: yes, to be Frank, this is too cheap to believe. even on ebay ,fairly used items like this are very scarce for that price range. i bet it with you, you have been scammed
if you give him some days and you don't get it, then it won't cost you more than5k transport money to Lagos and track him down. this may be beyond us here. but lets wait and see and i know he is following this thread a guest.

They are just to cheap, "just too good to be true" from the look of things Chibuzor Eze sometimes actually do send some of this goods down to the owners, but untested product, someone came here saying he did receive his product, but the operating system was faulty, and the funniest thing is that when you visit Chibuzor's facebook page, any update placed by him, he will ask all his fans to share the page to their friends and families.....lol

Yeah you're correct, I was on his facebook page last tuesday morning, wen he made an update of a very cheap Ipad or so, for 25k or 35k with pictures, that the owner wants it sold urgently and want to travel with the money back to the UK, first to make payment, u need to see the numbers of people replying to that effect.

He has like over 1,750 facebook followers!!!

Gboladepaul: we meet online for over a year ago while I was searching for a Dstv software package. So I saw his site biz4naija.info and I registered as a subscriber since then he has been sending me updates on his businesses. I paid for a bold5(1)for 30k, ipad2(1)for 25k, mini laptop(1) for 15k, and a samsung galaxy tab7plus(1) for 25k.and I talked to him on fone before making both payments

Is okay, that means a total of N95,000=00 paid to him so far, we will do our best to see that you either get the product or get back your money.

I hv been making inquries on his business name with the coperate affairs commission, Chibuzor Eze claims to hv register his business name, but can not use his business name to open a bank account, rather he uses is personal name, less give him sometime, like one week, if he doesn't show up den we are going to change strategy.

N:B @ Gboladepaul, can u by any means explain the suitation of things to those you are buying the goods for? Like u said earlier, u're buying dem for some people.

He is not a straight forward business man, tomorrow he is doing seminar in Asaba, next tomorrow he is in Lagos organising seminars, dis is just trick to capture unintelligent buyers, who perhaps wants cheap goods, like IPad, Uk used black berry etc, on his facebook page @ as last week, he was offering Xmas promo, and lots of fans were making inquiries on how dey could benefit, and Chibuzor Eze from research is a married man, with kids!

Frm my research now, he (Chibuzor Eze0 has deleted his facebook I.d, but all hopes not yet lost, I have some of his family members documents, after like 1 week, he don't show up to defend himself or send the buyers goods, then I will post dem here!!!

Like I have said earlier, we still need to give him (Chibuzor Eze) some time, perhaps after the holidays, but just for a reminder of how he looks, photo-wise!

He picked and said he was on his way to the bank to confirm! He didn't call me nor gave me updates on the transactions! I have been calling him but his number has been switched off since morning! The Chibuzor Eze that we have been battling with for months now, he just made payment of the Op's refund only yesterday, advise never never make payment to any sellers account without seeing the seller one-on-one, perhaps this is going to be another long battle with Chibuzor Eze again, you have to scan and upload both payment teller i.e both tellers u used in making payment into his bank account here, for all to see.....

Finally, see you claim to hv made one of the payment only yesterday, I will advise you to give him Chibuzor Eze some time, reasons are that he is going to claim that he has not receive the alert frm his bank that is the reason while he has not responded, perhaps till Monday 24th December, 2012 or even after d xmas, due to a long xmas holidays, banks will resume 27th december... Also try and scan n upload both tellers here.

blink182: Until you have your money back, he has done nothing. It seems you are very new to hyip scams and how they try to look legit until they disappear. If you had followed avodotnet closely, you won't find anything special about what this charly guy is doing.

Keep hoping for your money but personally, I don't think you will be paid. When it gets to 28th, there will be more lies and excuses. I hope I am proven wrong then.

Note, he Charles can not run far any longer, dat is the main reason while he came up here to defend himself, from my research yesterday, Charles seems to have good online reputation and he would not want to soil his name.

Do not relax and wait till that 28th December 2012, keep sending him Charles an sms reminder, also try calling him too, if by that friday he doesn't make any move then he will have to face the music, I have all his details with me, dont worry.

Finally, he has come up here to agree to the fact that Fredrick actually sent him money, that is anofe fact to nail him, if he does not cooperate and live up to his promises of returning the money.

Zither: although he appeared to clear his name he has not made a definite statement concerning when he will refund my capital. moreover, before I brought this matter to public light I sent a text message telling him to salvage the remaining of his dented image by returning my capital before 8am the next day or I shall let the world know that he is another scammer out to con sincere folks of their money.. he knew what I would do. shockingly now, he feigns surprise about my bringing the matter to public notice... Actually from the look of things/ your explaination here, there was a misunderstanding coming from both parties, but like I will always insist, every business man or woman's motto should read "customers are always right" when you saw Fredrick's call coming, no matter how busy you are, as a business man, you should have returned the call, or even send him Fredrick a text message, telling him that you did not intentionally ignore his call, I believe if you hv done dis, Mr Fredrick would not have reacted this way by coming online to level allegation of scam against you.....

Mr. Charles, as a mature mined man, please kindly give Fredrick a particular date, that you're willing to refund back is $60 dollar capital, der is absolutely no need for the exchange of words, as the mistake has already be done.

By the way,how much did you invested with me,it is $60 which is suppose to get you $90.You did not invest $1000 or $5000.You behave as if you have lost everything.I have decided to close the program.Will never help anyone to invest online or even update people on the sites to invest with.I can now see that Nigerians are not the kind of people one should be dealing with.If i really want to scam anyone,i won't expose myself the way i did.

Gentleman, you hv spoken well, but the truth of the matter is that, customers/investors are always right in watever business, the Op must have invested very small amount of money into your investment program, but be dat as it may be, you ought to have been informing him of lastest happenings and development, even challenges that u are facing, as a result of trying to help him Op make some profits, he said he has been calling ur telephone numbers, n u have not been picking, send sms, no reply frm u either,
