Kayhummer: Greetings to you boss, please I will need your help, I applied for france tourist visa did the bio metric and submition 2 dec 2015 and I got a message my application was ready 7/23/2015, the only reason started on my denial was the information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and condition of the intended stay was not reliable, my intended date of traveling was 2/1/2016 and return 8/1/2016. The question now is should I appeal as I submitted all that was required, considering the time frame of appeal, would u advice me to appeal or just re apply and if I choose to reapply what time do you think is the best time to reapply, I hear some people say a month after or so, please clearify thanks and God bless you Forget France. Apply through Italian embassy. |

Hello VO,
My friend's visa was cancelled without prejudice
So, he re-applied few weeks ago and was asked to expect a call once all checks has been done.
The DHS sent two letters to him which was collected at the interview.
We checked the status on the visa status page and it showed issued
After a month, he was called to come for pick up but was told the person to check his app wasn't around.
At the end of two additional weeks, he got his passport but the visa was refused - because he didn't answer question well at the interview !
The visa was cancelled because of mis-information school resumed a week prior to his arrival.
I'll like to know if he should schedule a fresh interview date or if there is something else he can do as regards this
Student visa case
Thanks
MODIFIED: I just discovered there was an error in the earlier DS160 that was checked. I think it wasn't issued initially.
Is there something else he can do as regards his visa?
Visa was approved during the interview but was later turned down because he did not answer his interview questions well |

milkydaddy: @Suxes,i do aprec8 ur helpful comments. It just dat most of those schls failed to update their sites, besides their emails is nt fuctionin, luk @daehen uni.email as wel.& u knw time & tide wait 4 no man.thats why u seeing me callin on him alwayz 4 help Baami, I think the main thing is all about research. I started reading this whole thread again 2 days ago. I saw lots of hidden stuffs here and some schools as well. There's a particular school, Hanyang that is kinda easy to get admission into IMO but they would only take 4 semesters fees before issuing letter fro language course. Maybe it's because I already own a Korean visit visa Yea, I got my Korean visit visa two weeks ago here in Kenya. The stuff was so easy. I mean EASY! Then again, there are some schools I talked to as well and they replied. Almost 80% of them replied but not with what I actually need. I 'might' go with my visit visa for a short stay and return or simply put in for my Masters directly for next year's entrance - still talking to acadollar as regards that. I don't want to abuse my visa at all. But seems coming with visit and changing to whatever visa type is not a big deal in Korea as long as you're ready to pay your fees. Like acadollar said, almost all the infos are here. Let's make good use of them. NB: Even there's a guy on here I talked to and he's ready to help when I get in. I had to show him I am damn serious and that I have made my research well. To some, I might be a guru in travel but trust me,, now that I am going to a new place, oh boi, fear dey catch me small small ~ Sheyi |

akinshokun: Good Morning House Good Morning Numerouuuno
Thanks for your Swift and prompt contribution. I would like to ask the following questions: 1.Job opportunities in that area 2.What document should i get ready for the embassy 3.Which embassy is better in Lagos and Abuja .
Thanks for you time Abuja always if you live close to the place. Documents are listed on the embassy's website now milkydaddy: This post is very urgent & needs special attention. Can anyone help me wit any university in s/k dat can stil accept late applicatn & enrol me 4 sept 2015 class?coz all d schls i'm plying 2 are sayin til 2016 dat their admissn had been closed 4 dis yr Paddy mi, baba oni miliki Bros, I doubt any school will admit you cause of visa wahala ooo. Before they receive your docs, decide on your admission, issue your docs, then you apply at the embassy and arrival / placement test stuffs, time don go baba mi. But again, there are some schools that has November entrance so you can look them up. They are among the ones you shared the other time. ~ Sheyi |

Numerouuuno: I'm not accadolar nor Igwe, but here is my suggestion.
Renting houses in Deagu or Incheon or Seoul or busan is stressful. Korean landlords take deposits on every rentage. For daegu, budget 300$ per month excluding utilities and maybe 5000$ deposit. You'll collect your deposit of you don't spoil anything when you pack out. Since a school gave you admission, apply for dormitory and find a house for the coming semester while living in the school dorm. The deposit is a major issue for every body trying to rent houses in Kimchiland! Same thing I read and saw online as well. The issue of deposit is a very big one and I think there should be ways Nigerians navigate through that Come to think of it, most people won't go with extra $5k for deposit alone! ~ Sheyi |

LagosNIV: I honestly don't understand what you mean by "verify the letters sent from Homeland." Your friend's best best is to contact LagosNIV@state.gov to get additional information on his/her case. Thanks for your input and concern. Homeland Security sent two letters when the review was going on. First was to confirm and the second was to clear him of any wrong doings. I told him to send a mail this morning. I really appreciate your time. Thanks |

alldmoney: At first stage I didn't know what he filled up, he called me day before to prepare my statement of account passport and co which I went to vsf with on meeting him there he gave me and other guy the printed application forms and some other doc like hotel reservation and flight stuff copy inside the envelop and a introduction letter to the embassy , we tried to ask him question and open the doc to cross check but he said everything has been packaged we shouldn't worry, that's how we march in and did the bio , not knowing there so called package thing where fake Trust me, he won't enter into the submission center with you and you sure have right to check all docs. You don't even submit any docs inside a sealed envelope. I think you sure know about it and now blaming him. I hope you've not been banned - whatever the case is your passport is mostly important so make sure you get it ~ Sheyi |
