ikaboy: from my form I-20 is seems there is a mistake as it is has Student personal funds and Intl student Scholarship.
I an just noticing this as it is contrary to the sponsorship letter from my mother sent to the school. What can i do as my interview day is 5 days ahead?

No matter how curious the interviewer is, the decision will be made with
or without a statement of account. The thing is, as y'all know, just be calm
during the interview and make sure you're able to defend any question orally
first and present document if asked.

A friend of mine is wedding in the United States and has invited my wife and I for the wedding. We have completed the form online. Our interview date is in the first week of December.

We did not state in the forms that we were going for a wedding. We applied for B1-B2 on vacation. We have no family or friends in the United States. When we travel we hope to attend a church activity in the state where we intend to stay. The pastor of that church sent us an invitation. The wedding is taking place in the church and the church has a leadership programme during that period. Since we have the pastors invitation letter. We used him as our contact there under the "other" column since he is not a family member.

I have been employed for 10 years now and my employers have given me a leave letter. My wife is a business woman. I indicated that i will be paying for the trip. I have traveled to the UK in the last one and half years as well as Ghana. My wife on the other hand has been to Ghana.

My monthly take home is N450k.

At the interview, we intend to say that we are going on a vacation and will use our vacation time to attend a church programme.

Do we have a good chance?

Yes you guys got good chance of getting the visa. Just make sure
you don't present too many stories. You're attending a friend's wedding
ceremony should as well be communicated to them during your interview.

Just tell the interviewer the many things you guys will do in the States
during your stay and don't forget to end with why you will need to come
home, that can be your work and your wife's business

Almost of all the people that I witnessed today was denied visa except just one man who was given the Visa

I was denied despite being Very calm and composed and answered questions smartly

The lady asked a few question and punched into her com puter and said I was denied. Out of almost 40 people I witnessed only one man Got it .

Visa denial is not travel denial. They only need you to try once more.
Give it a trial another time and see what goes on. Sorry about that.

Ricky Rozay: Even before the person starts applying for Emergency appointment, He/she should MAKE sure his/her sevis fee has been PAID and reflected on the sevis website.

Because the US Embassy will give you a date @ random and you might Not be prepared by then.

So it's good to get everything READY and set before you start scheduling an emergency appointment.

should have those stuffs ready before going ahead.... Keep up the good

Tip: sales rise November to February and there will be bonus from KDP select dat is why I'm rushing.

Read dat your 27 page book again.There must be something in it for people to b buying it.It has happened to me before. We learn from success,failure n mistakes in this biz.

Promotion will not work for some books. especially if it is in a generally category. this happened to most of the fiction books I published. but when I publish a book in a narrowed down nonfiction niche, it's always blast.I've had more than 2000 downloads in one day.

I think free kindle book sites are overrated. I've since stopped using them. I haven't seen much difference in my free promos.

Remember the fiction book I put up here the other time? Upon all the work I did on the
book one review said I made too much errors in proofreading.

My advice to all is this, if you are working on more than 3 books, it will be in your best interest
to either hire someone to write for you and proof read yourself or you write and hire someone to
proofread it for you.

You are not sure if she has not been banned.
Also, when was the last time she was refused? What type of documents
did she submit then and her status then. Those are the things you should
consider before trying to help her out.

but we are having problem with his SAT registration.

I have checked collegeboard and the thing is I can't register
from Nigeria through the phone for him.

My question is simple: How do we register the SAT from Nigeria
other than the money order thing been asked for?

Secondly, is it possible for him to write the SAT in south Africa?
He wants to go there for like 2-3 weeks in December ......

My teaching on this thread is not based on luck or hearsay. I published my first book in June 2012 though I started gathering materials from November 2011. I've personally uploaded over 100 books (for myself n others).From personal experience, d experience of people around me, d books I've read n videos watched, nonfiction is d best category for anyone who wants regular kindle income.
I have said it previously. Fiction has a very high failure rate n d competition is high.
With nonfiction, you can find niches where you can publish books that will keep selling for years. Some of my last year's books have sold 300 to 500 copies so far this year n they will continue selling in d coming years becos they are in evergreen niches.

Funny, I guess you have to go read what I wrote and you will surely see enough senses there
Fiction and non fiction sells and your old book will only sell if its one of the best in that
category provided you got real reviews.

My first book, was submitted 08/21/2012 and you should note this, I've got only 2 fiction books
on amazon. As for me, fiction books will bring the cash for you fast and forget about competition
no one if buying a fiction book to learn something, they only wanna get entertained !

Work on fiction books more.

If you will ever publish a non fiction, make sure its the best and
it has what other books in that niche does not have.

better still, research a fresh niche to publish a non fiction in.

Fiction books sells like hot cake, though for a limited time but the
money I do make from fiction books within the short period of high
sales is better off 3 months sales from non fiction - maybe i'm unlucky sha.
