Travel › Re: My Experience While Using Google Earth For The First Time. (PHOTOS) by Suzie1(f): 7:23am On Oct 02, 2018 |

Today is the very first day I used Google Earth on my laptop and I can tell you it is the greatest feeling in the world. It’s just like catching a flight and flying to any city in the world in a matter of seconds.
Jesus, if you’ve never used Google earth before in your life, you’re missing out big time.
It feels like flying from one country to another anyhow you like. It was as if I was controlling my own private satellite with a very powerful camera attached to it and I have complete power to zoom in and out of every city I want. You don’t need to have visa to visit that city you’ve always wanted to visit.

While it is a very exciting experience, I must also warn you that if you don’t have enough data don’t bother because it is very data consuming. No body on this planet can visit every city on earth but with Google earth, you can teleport straight to that city and have a street view of what it looks like. One of the most fascinating things about Earth was simply scrolling around to see what the world looks like from above. Now, you can get a much more realistic look at things. The 3D mode renders the world so you can see things from any angle, based on data from satellites and Street View. The “I’m feeling lucky” button blasts you across the globe to a random location and brings up a knowledge card so you can learn more. The cards include a description from Wikipedia, really cool.
My experience exploring Nigeria
https://techcapon.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/Capture-1024x453.jpg
I was so disappointed that only about 5% of Nigeria is captured on Google Earth, the rest is just 2D satellite images from the sky. A far cry from what I saw in Ghana where almost every street on Ghana, Accra, Kumasi is fully captured. I dragged myself straight to Sambisa forest in Maiduguri hoping to see battlefield with serious action in pictures but was shocked to see lots structures with Aluminium roofs in SAMBISA FOREST. Hmmm, I fear o. What relevance is that statement (bolded) to the information you are providing? Overexcitement, I guess? Because you're just knowing what Google earth is all about? Nice discovery by the way. |

Shafiiimran99: What type of charcoal? Activated Charcoal Activated charcoal is a fine black odourless and tasteless powder made from wood or other materials that have been exposed to very high temperatures in an airless environment. It is then treated, or activated, to increase its ability to adsorb various substances by reheating with oxidizing gas or other chemicals to break it into a very fine powder. NB: Although charcoal (e.g remains of burnt wood) has a natural adhesive ingredient that bind to things that stain the teeth, but activated charcoal has been processed to become more porous. Hence, it's more effective than ordinary charcoal. |

Politics › Re: "Produce Nnamdi Kanu Within 7 Days" - IPOB Tells FG, South-East Governors by Suzie1(f): 2:05pm On Sep 21, 2017 |
Maybe he is the one here... Throwback: Kanu is still on the run and his family has not declared he is missing.
It is time for IPOB to accept that Kanu has been humiliated and cannot muster the courage to hold the MIC again.
Has Kanu's family made claims that the zoo army met him in the compound? Has Kanu's family declared anybody missing? Was Kanu's brother not on TV some days after the humiliation of IPOB? Was the brother not asked to state the whereabouts of Kanu? Did we not all hear his response to the question? Or did he reply that his brother was taken by the galant soldiers?
The last sighting of Kanu was somewhere around the coast of Argentina, having outrun Abidjan which was his intended destination. He continues to break all manner of sprint records as he runs only to stop and hide in a rat hole whenever a chopper hovers above.
Ohamadike has been disgraced by the same zoo army he vowed to kill. He who claimed he had power to remove Nigeria's crude oil deposits, and who some zombies claimed he cured their stomach pains, has finally been outed as an empty barrel making noise only with the assurance of safety.
Okanlawon heard kpa kpa kpa, and he fled for safety of his own live that was more cherished than the lives of those he deceived to waste.

You're right... SirMichael1: You may be right in your own way. Yes, in your own way.
Perfect lexical structures can be a yardstick for measuring your level of intelligence. You can't be growing intellectually and expect your English to remain dormant. It has to grow with your level of knowledge.

Smiles.. Nice one brother, it's quite good you noticed that. I was just thinking that most times, it's about the amount of confidence and trust you have in your ability. Not really attacking you but I like the quote anyway. SirMichael1: There you go. All fixed now
Avoid this moniker by all means, miss. I'm not kind at all

Politics › Re: We Must Stop Producing More Babies And Create More Jobs says Senator Ben Bruce by Suzie1(f): 3:06pm On Aug 06, 2017 |
Nice advice... After any graduation, be it NCE, college of health, both NDs and BSc sometimes SSCE, the main goal of many Nigerians (youth) is to get married and start producing children.. Nothing to offer the society..
Some ladies will be looking for already made man (mostly married man). How would a well trained, disciplined and responsible woman choose to be a 'baby mama' simply because you want money that you don't work for?
I wonder what a mechanical engineering graduate seeking for in the Federal Civil Service Commission in the name of job.. To end up writing memo and minute? Is that how they wish to practice the engineering part of the machine?
Until the time we learn to be more practical in our choice of course, the educated fellows will remain to be illiterates.
I was taught long ago that those of age range 18-65 are the labour forces but many 18-35 years old Nigerians are still dependent. Blaming their parents, blaming the government etc. The blaming mentality goes from one generation to another.
Let's be responsible and stop acting as if government owes us a big debt.
Just like in a relationship, since our government is not giving us what we want, let's ignore them as if they dont exist and do something new with our lives. The more we are giving them the attention, the more they look more stronger and continue taking us for granted because they know we can't do without them..
Let's be independent!... Let's be a valuable asset to our society that they can't do without not a deficit.. |

HBV (hepatitis B virus) is a type of hepatitis which is infectious and can be transmitted through bodily fluid e.g. through inter-course or infected blood transmission etc.
The result shows that you're infected (HbsAg +ve) and can be transmitted to others. The virus is still likely at the incubation period, there is no replication i.e. no reproduction (HbeAg -ve) which indicates that your immune system is fighting against the infection (HbeAb +ve). It's not yet chronic (HBCore IgM -ve). Hepatitis C Virus (HBC) another more infectious type of hepatitis is not present (Anti HCV -ve).
Now that you know your status, you need antiviral treatment which can not be given to you on Nairaland.
In that case, kindly visit a good health care provider. For health is wealth.. Lastly I wish you a divine healing. |
