I'm in Ekiti State
APN: blackberry.net
I downloaded just mobile uncle app from a blackberry phone, then removed the memory card and inserted unto my android, installed the mobile uncle app I downloaded on my android and gave back the memory card to its owner.

Thank you

i hope the network is free in ekiti state.
Google and download "supervpn apk" and install.
Whenever you turn on your data, open the vpn and click on connect. Click on disconnect when you're done surfing and wanna turn of your data.
The supervpn helps the flow of the network speed of this tweak, in some areas, for those who experience lagging or no network at all.

that mb for that upgrading too much o. so there's no way I can upgrade from d stock 4.2 to arinze 4.4 directly?

you must upgrade to stock kk first, before you can be able to upgrade to any custom Rom.

falansa:
thanks to you guys, I am starting to enjoy my m2. however, it remain 2 processes b4 I am Ok.
1) changing the imei to blackberry own coz I really wanna be flexing with glo 3gb. the MTN 1gb per month don't last me more than 2wks.
2) upgrading my 4.2 rom 8gb version to arinze 4.4.2 remoded.
so my gurus.... I will love the guide to dis 2 issues or the page number where I can find the solution. And Pls which should come first? changing imei or upgrading?
thanks

FIRSTLY... UPGRADE!

Go to gionee website (try to Google it) and download gionee kitkat package and upgrade to 4.4. (details on how to upgrade is there too)
Then download Aarinze's Rom (the link above this post) and flash via cwm or ctr.

The glo bis level can then come in.

Phones › Re: GIONEE M2 Discussion Thread. by swaggzo(m): 12:11pm On Jan 15, 2015

While using the glo bis last year, I experienced very slow or no network when using it even in areas where other phones (especially bb) work fine on glo 3G network.
Someone then suggested I download supervpn app to make it faster.. It actually worked.

I know some people experience this same ish right now and that's why I'm sharing this. Download supervpn apk and activate each time you wanna connect and have a better experience if you've been on the slow or lagging side.

Any one with any other way to make it work properly (for those whose glo bis is not working really bad) should add to this.

thanks

I don't attack your posts.
I've been endorsing your other Rom cuz Its one of the best out there and its what I use.
The thing is.... I tried this Rom and did not get a fairer result other than a couple of new apk's added to the previous one.
If that's the only upgrade you made to it, this Rom is nothing.

Okay guys here's the 2nd version of the "REMODDED AOSP" with lots of bug fixes and perfomance improvements..

Whats new..

1 : Tweaked network settings for faster browsing experience..

2 : Improved and Tuned up camera quality both during day & night (flash)

1. I just wonder how your tweaking would actually make the same network we all know, "faster " and better "browsing experience.
2. I wonder how improved your new "flash" would be compared to the last already reasonable one.

you just wanna sell this rom out. that's all I can reason until you explain to me these terms of improvement which I'm yet to observe.

lol....due battery estimated time nor they correct sha

I tell you. I never for once like such crappy apps
nonsense. what do I need an app to save my battery when I am the only app that controls everything in my phone?

control brightness.
use airplane mood when less busy (especially when your smart phone is not the same as your call phone)
know when to switch to 2g network when less busy
avoid live wallpapers
avoid unnecessary screen rotations, phone vibrations, beeps, and other unimportant stuff that consume battery.

when I was using an oppson phone with a battery capacity of about 16000maH I never complained of a weak battery cuz I had my battery saving techniques right.

I watch it live when he gave the prophesy. The problem with Nigeria is that of unbelieve. The Holy Bible said Our Lord JESUS coudn't do any Miracle in His own home town do to thier unbelieve.Watch Emmanuel TV on 31 December 2014 for the Live crossover night service,He promise to relay prophesy for 2015.Maybe you'll judge by yourself instead of the hearsay we often rely on.Most of the men of God in Bible experienced the same thing happening now.The generation then didn't believe in them untill they pass on to glory.

I watched it live too... I was there in the church with you

Just watched the clip; I wonder why we don't hear of such prophesies until it happens then the youtube starts showing up everywhere.

this I've been pondering upon for ages.
I wonder why the government cannot just do something.. like sieze this man and hand him over to the police once and for all... for misbehaving, frauding, duping, brainwashing, misleading, misguiding, and misplacing innocent citizens of this country since the country's independence!
