my friend had same issue..the easiest way out is to tell the clearance officer to log you out, then you change the date of birth in your kofa to the one in your WAEC, then you swear an affidavit of birth with just #200...

but correcting date of birth in WAEC can take up to 1yr to finally process, they won't give you a new certificate but they'll give you legit documents to back up your claim, and you must be ready to spend cash and be stressed out..my brother had same issue and he just wrote another WAEC cos the cash and transport stress was over 35k..

now left for you to choose

my WAEC 2 names but my jamb and post utme 3 names..

I was also scared of having problem but the clearance officer didn't pay attention to that cos the stress and the queue was much..

I've been cleared since last week Wednesday,I was the 2nd life science student to be officially cleared after the verification of documents and WAEC online result with your scratch card...

my clearance was not up to 5mins, but while waiting for a friend I noticed that many persons got correction form, wrong affidavit typing wahala, diff name issues, local govt issues..they weren't cleared and were told to go rectify and come back but they are to stay on the long queue again..


so I advice you to deeply crosscheck all your documents before going there cos being sent back after standing and struggling under the hot sun for almost forever is not a good heart breaking..

Most comments on the 1st page of your thread are fake.

I bought itel P12 with 5000ma battery two months ago for just N19,000. When the seller advertised it to me, it was the battery part that attracts me.

It lasts 1 day with massive browsing, gaming, music & watching film.

It last 7 days with calls alone and 3 days with average gaming, music, downloads etc.

This person wants to ruin my hope, but I refuse to let my hope be crushed. Is number 9 true? Because ENL is my 1st and 2nd choice. He stated if an applicant applied for any course as 1st and 2nd course and the student does not meet the merit list for the course, UNIBEN will not change the applicant course or give the applicant any other course to study, the applicant will not be admitted.

don't mind that dude bro.. he's just trying his best to stay relevant and be popular...

for the records, Uniben second choice course is like something as dormant as mechanical lab..it's not functioning and they don't use the second choice as a footprint to change peoples course, they take u to any course that pleases them in line with the capacity and space available..

I took DE and utme also but I didn't use same account, even while in jamb office registering for the DE they advised us not to use same account cos it will bring great problems and wahala...


Just go to jamb office and beg them to help u out..

I'm not trying to dapen ur spirit buh I think you should start praying for Uniben to give u good courses like SLT, ich , biochem and not soil science or plant bio..

my friends got 73 and another got 69 respectively for medicine buh they've been transferred to animal science and human kinetics..they've been crying saying Uniben should have given them better course like mls, SLT, nursing, optometry..

I think u should face reality bro....if you have someone at the top as a strong connection, I guess you should start contacting them to place u in a cool course and not edu courses or agric...

cos I've observed that Uniben hv not started moving aspirants to education courses which they normally do....

I did ask around concerning this Evidence of Name before clicking on the “request for clearance” button. And I was told not to bother with it, actually now, I’m bothered.

My O’Levels has my middle name as O., whereas, all other uploaded documents had the middle name in full. And yeah, I didn’t bother uploading an Evidence of Name. Can this be rectified?

don't bother yourself with the evidence of name, it won't affect u..
we're in same shoe cos my WAEC has 2 names buh my jamb has 3 names..
it didn't affect my first admission in Uniben 2015 and it won't affect now..

as far as 2 names are accurate you are good to go..
