I pity those ignorant, naive men who are fighting for Equality for women. Those idiots don't realize that they are being cheated,the woman you are fighting for,is trying to overthrow your power. From my personal experience of working from home,
First you'll need to design your workspace very conveniently comfortable for you.
Working from home is easy and I personally prefer working from home because you have all the time to yourself while working. No worries about getting dressed in the morning or worrying about traffic. No abuse or conflict from coworkers. You are basically in control of your time and can as well work for multiple companies with ease. You can even build your own company while working from home.

The only con is that you find yourself always alone in the house. Not going out can affect your mental state.
So what I do is that I volunteer for social impact organisations and go out often. And I sometimes travel to different states in Nigeria, lodge in hotels and continue my work while I site see different places in the states plus visit friends and families around.

I do digital marketing, data analysis for different companies and also UI/UX.

My current boss is the best.
He doesn't complain and gives total independent liberty to all staff. And we all perform excellently well.

Whenever you come late he'll invite you to his office, give you proper orientation in a very calm manner.
Personally, I'd have preferred to work with him for long if not for the pay.

I really pray for the success of the company
