Sperm cells are either X or Y. The Egg cell is always X. If X-Sperm cell meets the egg(X) the baby will be a Girl (XX). If Y-Sperm cell meets the egg(X), the baby will be a Boy (XY). The Y-Sperm cells move fast but die fast (its lifespan is about 24hrs). X-Sperm cells move slowly but survive longer (up to 3-4days).

Therefore, if you have intercourse some days before ovulation, most of the Y-Sperm cells would have died leaving mostly X-Sperm cells to fertilized the egg

Here's a simple way to calculate your ovulation period.

1. From the first day you see the blood of your period.
2. Pick up a calendar and count 15 days including the first day of the blood stain.
3. Mark the 15th day with a pen.
4. Mark 3 days before the 15th day, and mark 3 days after the 15th day.
6. You will notice you have 7 days marked.
These 7 days are your ovulation/fertile days also known as unsafe period.
That is if you have sex on any of these days, then you have 98% chances of being pregnant.
7. Do this every month diligently
For Example
1. If your period is 11th July, ,
2. 15 days after the first day of the blood stain will be on 25th of this July too (2weeks after) counting from 11th.
3. 15th day is on the 25th July
4. 3days before the 15th day is 22, 23, 24.
5. 3days after 25th July is 26,27,28.
6. 22-28th July (7days) is when you are ovulating. It is your fertile period.
**Don't forget that the 4 days is a reminder that sperm stays in the female body for about 4 days. Any sexual contact in between ovulation period will form something ...
If you want a baby girl, have
sex between 3 days before ovulation (22- 24th)
Female sperm swim slowly but can stay inside woman body for days without dying off,

For a baby boy on the main ovulation day and 3 days after 25th.(26,27,28)
Male sperm swim very fast but will get weak and die off if no egg found for a while leaving female sperm to finish the job .

Apple’s Mac PCs are being hit by a strang new strain of malware which intercepts and tampers with internet traffic to inject Bing results into users’ Google search results.

According to a report from security house AiroAV details however its bods apparently noticed a software package nasty that configures compromised macOS computers to route the user’s network connections through an area proxy server that modifies Google search results.

This Malware is so different from what we have seen out there previously. Normally, malware that push ads and several other junk files into websites visited on Mac initially starts its rampage by first pushing in a browser or OS extensions, or injecting AppleScript, before pulling off its stunts.

But this strain is quite different as it doesn’t depend on any thing. It works alone.

It trys to figure out ways to work around security defenses introduced in macOS Mojave that killed off older man-in-the-middle techniques.

How it Works

From what we’ve learned so far. The malware first shows up as AN installer for AN Adobe Flash plugin – delivered maybe by email or a flash-drive transfer – that the user is tricked into running. This imitative installer asks the victim for his or her macOS account login details.

It will use the details to gain enough privileges to install a local net proxy and reconfigure the system so all requests from web browsers passes through it.

The installed proxy will interfere with unencrypted information because it flows in and out, from and into the general public internet space.

At this stage, the Malware is just getting started.

HTTPS is somehow unhelpful here!

A root security certificate is additionally added to the Mac’s keychain, giving the proxy the access to acquire SSL/TLS certs for websites requested.

This enables it to doubtlessly intercept and tamper with encrypted HTTPS traffic. This man-in-the-middle eavesdropping works against communications protocol websites, and any HTTPS sites that don’t use MITM countermeasures.

Hence, when a typical Mac user opens their browser and tries to run a Google search on an infected macintosh PC, the request is routed to the native proxy installed. The proxy injects AN HTML iframe into the Google results page containing fetched Bing results for the same query searched.

It’s believed that the Bing results usher in net ads that generate revenue for the malware’s masterminds.

The attackers may be cashing out on ads they’ve managed to serve via this method, it might be Bing ads, or an entirely different ad.

The complicated steps taken to take over your Mac using MITM(Man in the middle) method is an updated method in response to Apple’s implementation of security measures in macOS Mojave that locked down browser extensions and AppleScript code use which had helped pave the way for adware makers who preyed on Mac PCs in the past.

By using MITM, the attackers can inspect all user’s traffic, including encrypted content, manipulate it and return handled responses back to the user.

Samsung is wasting no time to savage Huawei’s current situation to their own benefit.

The US government classified Huawei a threat to national security ordering all sort of companies to stop deals with the Chinese firm, the smartphone and 5G network provider started to see all sort of troubles.

Google taking away Huawei’s Android license and leaving them with just a temporary one which will expire on August 12th.

The Samsung team has decided to launch an smart initiative on its store in Singapore dedicated and targeting users of the Chinese Technology Giant, Huawei.


The initiative goes like this: For the samsung trade-in program, users who own one of the Huawei smartphones listed below and fears that Google’s decision to suspend the collaboration with Huawei can make their lives more complicated in the future while using the phone can now trade it in and switch to a Samsung Galaxy S10.

World Health Organisation reported that cardiovascular disease is the world’s leading cause of death and transplants are currently the only option available for patients in the worst cases.

Unfortunately, there aren’t enough donors for all patients in need of a new heart, and even if they do get one, there is always the risk of the body rejecting the transplant; seeing it as a foreign object inside the body.

Nevertheless, heart transplantation technology has been of immense help to the field of medicine; saving a good number of lives which normally, could have been lost due to a failed heart or cardiovascular disease.

Studies stated that almost 114,000 people in the United States are currently on the waiting list for a lifesaving organ transplant. And another name is added to the national transplant waiting list every 10 minutes.

It’s even worse when the patient needs a heart transplant because unlike a transplant for a kidney, or a part of the liver, lung, intestine, blood or bone marrow, a healthy living person can become a donor but when it comes to the heart, the donor has to be ‘dead’ already.

Researchers are acutely aware of this problem and like everybody else looking for answers to the problem. A solution is the only thing everybody could hope for.

Not until recently, Researchers at Tel Aviv University reported that they’ve come up with a ‘major medical breakthrough’ which will advance possibilities for transplants.

The medical breakthrough has to do with 3D-printing which has been around for a while now, and have been used extensively in other works of life and almost no day passes without some new development being announced.

The Scientists in Israel have finally made a huge leap forward by making a 3D print of a human heart with human tissue and vessels.

This is the first and a “major medical breakthrough” that advances possibilities for transplants.

While the technology is definitely not yet ready to be used as a transplant, scientists believe it will one day metamorphose into something perfect and let surgeons replace failed human hearts with them.

According to Tal Dvir, who led the project.

The rabbit-sized heart produced by researchers at Tel Aviv University marks “the first time anyone anywhere around the world has successfully engineered and printed an entire heart replete with cells, blood vessels, ventricles and chambers”.

“People have managed to 3D-print the structure of a heart in the past, but not with cells or with blood vessels,” he told AFP.

A lot of work still needs to go into this project before fully working 3D printed hearts can become available for transplant into patients.

One of the things remaining for the scientists to do is to teach the printed hearts “to behave” like real ones. While the cells are currently able to contract, they still cannot pump blood.

“Maybe, in 10 years, there will be organ printers in the finest hospitals around the world, and these procedures will be conducted routinely,”

That’s the type of world everybody has been praying for. The long national transplant waiting list will start been empty and the number of people dying because of failed hearts will decrease drastically.

In order to develop the “ink” for their 3D print, they took fatty tissue from patients.

Using the patient’s own tissue is crucial to eliminate the risk of an implant causing an immune response and being rejected, Dvir said.

“The biocompatibility of engineered materials is crucial to eliminating the risk of implant rejection, which jeopardizes the success of such treatments”

While there are certainly still some tough challenges ahead of the researchers, but with the first leap out of the way, 3D printed organs could become a common reality in the near future and save hundreds of thousands of lives.

An Australian woman, Ms. Rose who got married to Le Pont du Diable Bridge in 2013 relives her wedding to the inanimate “handsome, strong and sturdy” object while also revealing what their 6-year-marriage has been like.


In case you are wondering what the wedding day would have looked like. The day was just like every other wedding just that the weirdness was much more prominent than Jodi Rose’s white wedding gown.

She wore a wedding dress like every normal bride and had more than a dozen guests present for her “big day”.

Ms. Rose chose that particular bridge in Céret, south of France after traveling the world, making recordings of sounds made by bridge cable vibrations. After she settled on the bridge like the one for her, she planned a wedding.

During her wedding ceremony, she stood on the bridge throughout and even got a huge wedding ring for the bridge. The wedding ring still remains in place till date. She also still wears her own wedding ring.

Game of Thrones will be ending its run on Sunday night as the last episode of season 8 will be shown to us.

The HBO series, Game of thrones which started showing 17 April 2011 took the whole world through a long trajectory.

It’s been confirmed that the end of the series will see the rise of another to-be astonishing series by HBO. They’ve gone ahead to produce a prequel temporarily dubbed ‘Bloodmoon’, meaning, the name might be changed along the line of its production or it will remain Bloodmoon.

Not so much is known about the new series but according to reports, producers have put together a stellar cast and it will be a must-watch for anyone who loves Game of Thrones.

The series will be set thousands of years before Game of Thrones and will document Westeros following the Age of Heroes.

The prequel will follow the story of the children of the forest( the original inhabitants of westeros) closely; giving the full detail how and why they created the white walkers and the various mysteries and legends that exist in the land.

Most importantly, it will fill the deep void that will be left next week when the final episode of season 8 goes on air.

Filming has already started 2 weeks ago in Belfast. Release date for the series is yet to be confirmed but sources say it will take at least a year.

If we could patiently wait for season 8, our patients will also be able to keep us waiting for this one.
