In another part, closer to where thatatha is written, Jesus was mentioned as son of Allah as a claim of the christian, after the claim of the Jews on Ezra as son of Allah.

Towards the end of the chapter is where you speak of. This does not connect to who the Thalatha are or Ezra as claimed by the Jews.

At the end, Allah says He will bring Jesus forward, not his mother Mary [so your argument about them being the 2 from the Thalatha is breaking apart even before I complete this sentence]. If Mary was part of the thalatha [3], she would have been assumed to be brought out for the same purpose in the same way that Jesus, her son will be on the Day of Assembly.
