Hiii, thanks for the info so far.
I av always had eczema or some sort of patches on my back , my chest and recently my neck going up to my chin. I av used all sorts of creams Fungbact A, Skineal, ChoCho cream(which worked best, buh can't find it in d market), Fevicid and now its Skin Success gel. I saw on a previous post that one can use coconut oil. I use that normally. Will Salicylic acid do?

For me, a.c increases my chances of throwing up. If u can, travel with an empty stomach. Ifu coose to eat, buy bitterkola and chew, it helps a lot. I had to chew bitterkola during my last trip of 7hrs, even though I hate it. It curbed the nausea. Dnt go and buy plenty and start chewing. Just one is enof for ur trip.. Have a nausea-free trip.
