This is not true. You don’t need to over brush your tongue like this. If you learn the proper technique for brushing then u will know you don’t ve to hurt your tongue all under the guise of brushing. Infact brushing the back of your tongue too vigorously predisposes you to cancer of the throat

See a dentist. If the problem is not located in the mouth, you would be directed to the appropriate area for management. But do you have a hole in your teeth or bleeding gums. Have you done professional cleaning at a dental clini before? Do you eat garlic or ginger or cloves?

I think people should read the Nigerian constitution,public service rules on appointments and other relevant documents before they make comments on issues like this. Then they should know appointment of permanent secretaries, judges etc is based on available slots for states/geopolitical zones

Thank you o. Even midwives don’t earn same as nurses and med lab scientist earn more than lab technicians. They keep claiming they are not asking for parity but when you compare the adjusted wage increment they brought you will see through their lies. They also lie abt how much doctors earn as well. No doctor is employed on GL13 but on GL 12 while an house officer and NYSC doc on level 10 while there is no GL 11 in the civil service

Imagine a whole Pharmacist, our caring nurses joined a union which includes hospital gate man, ward orderlies etc to fight a course. Do you think it's pure?
Within the same union, Pharmacists can't stand Pharm technicians(no comparison), Bsc nurses and RNs are battling, Lab scientists and Lab technicians are at war, massive one.

No matter how long a catechist works in a church(even he can say mass off hand), he can never be seen as a priest. Same goes to court clerk and judge..etc.

There is a department of Food and Drugs in the Federal Ministry of Health that is being headed by a pharmacist and that department is responsible for advising the honorable minister of health on all matters relating to drugs administration plus writing all his speeches and press releases so if the minister messes up it cos the pharmacists advised him to tow that line. Let the other health workers join politics too so they can get ministerial appointments too. After all Ngige got minister of labor cos of his political affiliation and Fashola minister of works so stop posting crap

Personally I see nothing wrong in Johesu pple becoming consultants. They can get the title but they should forget getting paid the same emoluments as doctors. It is never going to happen. Then again ministerial appointments are political so if they want to be made minister they should join a political party shikena

I am a senior medical officer in federal civil service and I have been in practice for over 10years and it wasn’t until last year that I started earning slightly above 200k so I wonder who deceives people into believing doctors earn such bogus figures immediately they graduate

No registrar collects 400k. Very few Senior Registrars even collect that. It's lies like this your union leaders brainwash you with.
Apart from that, years in service don't determine pay anywhere. A court clerk of 25 years service shouldn't expect to earn the same as a magistrate of 5 years.
An air hostess of 10 years won't expect to earn the same as a fresh pilot.
The gap in salaries is even very close in the hospital setting.

Truly promotion arrears were paid to federal workers and they stopped Ministry from diverting the funds unlike before.
I think they actually tried in this regards cos many lost hope that the arrears will ever be paid.
The pensioners were also paid part of their arrears unlike before. So they actually score high in this regard.

I totally agree. Her income doesn't necessarily have to be up to 150k but she should be financially independent to an extent. Over 70% of women wailing on social media about their miserable marriages are ones who can't leave because they can't survive on their own. I know ag girl that is squatting somewhere and she’s earning a very good pay but refused to rent her own place though her host is treating her badly and her excuse is she wants to move from there to her husband house cos if she rents a place she will have to furnish it and if she does that what will her hubby buy
