as a rejoinder to my first line of thought I wish to state plainly with an unbiased mind that MMM is likely to spring back on the 2nd of January 2017,if and only if mavrodians like us not only pledge to PH but PH on the first working day of the year 2017...

That is the simple truth , MMM is you and I , participants pay each other , MMM does not pay us ..... the current break was as a result of the Holiday mood of Nigerians not Providing help and deciding to Cash out for Christmas, once we ignore the haters and decides to Provide help as we usually do ..... MMM will go back to the way it was before the Christmas period ... this is pure logic ...... great mavrodians Once we PH (provide help ) others will GH (Get Help ) and then when others PH we shall also GH to the shame of all the fake news bearers , fellow mavrodians , i was moved when the majority of the members of my MMM Group on facebook (about 40 ,000 members all agree to PH ) i knew MMM shall bounce back stronger than it was before ...... I know that MMM did not crash that is why we stand with MMM Nigeria ...... lets Provide Help as we know how to do Spare cash ........ no matter how small ...... i was surprised today when the guiders form was released about thousands of mavrodians went for it ...... In a recent development, the founder of Mavrodi Mundial Movement (MMM), Sergey Mavrodi, has written an open letter to Nigerian journalists, “analysts” and all kinds of “experts” who according to him are guilty of causing unnecessary panic and tension amongst MMM participants in the country.

Mavrodi who expressed his disappointed about the way MMM is being painted in the media, said emphatically that “MMM will be back in January” while stating that the rumour about the scheme collapse should stop.

Mavrodi’s open letter is coming after a one-month freezing of confirmed “Mavros” notice was sent to MMM Nigeria participants on Dec 12, 2016.

Sergey Mavrodi went ahead to describe articles from Nigerians journalists and bloggers as “provocative and worthless.”

It is no longer news that MMM Nigeria has crashed but what had eluded the news is the people whose actions actually led to the crash of the popular Ponzi scheme. Every participant who put their funds into the Ponzi scheme has been calling for the head of Mavrodi, however, as an observer I sat down, analyzed and finally was able to fish out the real major culprits who should be blamed for the crash of MMM Nigeria.


1 The MMM Nigeria Guiders:

As a guider in MMM Nigeria, you get 10% of the help provided from every downline or referral that are duly registered. This means that if you as a participant is to provide help of N100,000 your guider will get N10,000 richer. Now, a guider that has about let’s say 100 downline for example and each of the downlines are providing help of N100,000 that means that the guider will get N10,000 X 100= N1Million each month for doing nothing. So cool right? Wrong!! Pulling out such huge amount will lead to a major financial strain on the system, that’s why a lot of people couldn't get help anymore.

A perfect example is the Number 1 guider Chuddy. If MMM has a participant of over 3Million people and each of the people provide an average help of about N10,000 monthly, this means that Chuddy the number 1 guider will be cruising with N10,000X 3M= N3Billion monthly. This amount alone is enough to crash the system as one man eats virtually almost all the cake. Now, add all the guiders (over 12,000 guiders) to this equation and you will see that the guiders were eating the lion’s share of the cake without giving help back. All what a guider do is to log in, check how many people have provided help and then cash out. Most do not even provide help at all that’s why the system crash.
Honestly, these guiders don hammer on top participants head.

when you want to do a write up get your facts right , MMM Guiders do not get 105 of the PH of everybody in their downline ... it starts from 5% and reduces gradually in every generation of people under the Guider .

MMM Nigeria this is how MMM Zimbabwe crashed, very similar to what is happening to you now.

MMM Zimbabwe made a lot of people rich but eventually made a lot more poor, typical of any pyramid/ponzi scheme that has come into existence.

Yes, the whole concept was to use “spare money” and this is probably the gospel your guiders preached throughout your participation but the truth is many participants succumb to the lure and excitement of earning “free money” at 30% interest just because you helped someone and at some point you would need help too.



In Zimbabwe, as we later realised, a lot of the guiders made a fair bit of money, with many of them converting their “mavros” the MMM digital currency into BitCoin and bought cars from Japan and continue to enjoy their money safely stored in BitCoin wallets, which is probably why a few weeks ago BitCoin in Nigeria was trading at an all-time high, they knew this was coming, and they cashed out before you could.

In Zimbabwe the first signs of MMM Zimbabwe coming to a halt when the Reserve Bank effectively distanced itself from any activity outside of its regulatory scope, they were powerless to either stop MMM Zimbabwe or help those who could potentially be affected by its subsequent demise.

This made a lot of MMM Zimbabwe participants wonder what exactly was going on to have the whole Reserve Bank come out and say they have nothing to do with MMM, confidence still remained but eyebrows started to get raised.


The smart participants caught wind of possible system crash and initiated a wave of withdrawals (GH) which led to another public blow for MMM Zimbabwe, the mobile payment system they had adopted as their primary means of transferring money to each other also distanced itself from MMM, citing it had nothing to do with any illegal activities that may or may not be happening on their platform. Again, confidence remained, but more eyebrows were raised.

Then MMM East Africa, MMM Zimbabwe’s parent organisation, froze all participants accounts and promised to have them reopened in a month after the Mavros system was replenished. The freezing allowed people to PH (deposit) but would not let anyone GH (withdraw) and this left a lot of people confused, the end of the fairytale ride was truly coming.

After the accounts were frozen, MMM was hit with increased public pressure which finally resulted in it reopening accounts, [b]BUT, there was a catch, the Mavros had lost 80% of their value and were now trading at 1 USD = 5 Mavro, yet before it was trading at 1 USD = 1 Mavro,[/b]

We suspected that the change in the exchange rate was meant to prevent people from withdrawing as they could face massive losses of up to 80%. But on the other hand, the change in the exchange rate could have been placed to lure in new members after MMM promising that the exchange rate will stabilise back to 1-to-1 news existing members did not take well as new members would be offered free money while the old member are stuck in the system due to their accounts losing 80% of its value.

It was a take it or leave it stand-off between MMM Zimbabwe and its members, but that wasn’t the end of it, MMM then released another bombshell by granting participants access to just 1% value of their accounts, this is after the 80% reduction in value.

This meant that a participant may have had 10000 Mavros, losing 80% value to $2000, but can only withdraw 1% of that value which is $20, that is if they are fortunate enough to be matched with someone willing to Provide Help (PH). After the withdraw of 1% your account will be cleared out, leaving you with 0 Mavros in the system.

This was effectively the final blow and end of MMM Zimbabwe, very few participants got out with anything but the few that did are quite happy with all the hard work they put into getting new members and “guiding” them through the system earning bonuses and high-interest rates.

We were able to catch wind of some official communication which placed the affected MMM Zimbabwe Members at 66,000 and had MMM moving $3 million USD at its peak, a paltry figure if you compare Zimbabwe’s population to Nigeria’s which some media outlets are placing at a million victims.

Will you ever got your money back? Well its really up to you as participants but from MMM Zimbabwe experience the system is effectively shut down.

A Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Chief Afe Babalola, and the Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, have condemned the Department of State Services for the recent arrests of some judges and raids on their homes, Punch reports.

The duo spoke on Wednesday in Ado Ekiti while laying the foundation of the state new High Court complex.

Babalola said even if the judges were found to have done something offensive, the normal thing was to report them to the National Judicial Council for disciplinary action.

He wondered why the judges were released on bail on personal recognition after the DSS raids, querying the motive behind the move.

The senior advocate stated, “Then why did you then decide to harass their families? The DSS has no right to take over the responsibility of the police.

“If people have evidence against judges, they should report to the NJC. How can you arrest a sitting judge and take him before a magistrate to try him?

“There is nowhere in the world you try a sitting judge. You don’t take a sitting judge to court and even the law stipulates that no court process can be served after 7pm.



“It is when the judges are sacked that you take them to court for prosecution. We are not opposed to the fight against corruption, but that due process must be followed.”

Fayose, who had earlier condemned the invasion, opined that even if the affected judges stole “the whole world,” due process must be followed in bringing them to justice.

“If we do not allow due process, the DSS will soon descend on other arms of government and innocent people. They may soon descend on the media and others because of the feelings that they are not doing their biddings. I won’t approach any judge for assistance or to subvert justice in any way whatsoever,” he said.

The governor said the state decided to build the new court complex because the judiciary deserved respect and due recognition, noting that judiciary officers must also be given a suitable working environment.

He promised that the project would be completed in one year.

“When there is will, there is always a way. We have the vision of a virile judiciary and we will also go ahead to build a magistrate’s court complex after this one. I am also optimistic that the project will be completed on time,” Fayose added.

The state Chief Judge, Justice Ayodeji Daramola, said past governments had always used paucity of fund as an excuse not to build new court complexes while finding it convenient to build new offices for other arms of government.

THE DSS AND THEIR PHANTOM DOLLARS

A few months ago and in my usual Buhari passion, I was one of those that celebrated those phantom dollar discoveries.
The DSS or is it the EFCC had gone to town with the news of the discovery of One Million Dollars in raw cash hidden inside the “soak away” of the former Director of Budget of the Nigeria Airforce in his house at Badagry.
I celebrated the “mega discovery”. I was at my grammatical best and as usual, I was joined by the army of my fellow Buhari supporters. Meanwhile, as I celebrated, I never saw any evidence anywhere. No pictures, no statements from the suspects but it didn’t matter. This is Buhari after all, the anti corruption Chutzpah. Even when Eric Uchenna Chimara sent me an inbox asking me to check well before I celebrate, I ignored him.
Till today, no one saw any dollar anywhere.
I am amazed at what we celebrate. As a Buhari supporter, I understand the psychology of the average Buhari supporter. We are starved of action. Daily we seek something to celebrate about our fabled warlord and so, whatever we hear, we enter town. We don’t think, we don’t ask questions. Don’t blame us. It’s our cross. We will carry it.
Even my fellow Buhari supporter and brother, Ugo Aladum in his desperation to confer legitimacy on the actions of the DSS quoted the words of the Presidential Aide on Prosecution, Okoi Obono Obla and added the title (SAN) to his name. In his wild goose chase, he forgot that Obla is not a SAN. Aladum made the Cross River born politician and lawyer a SAN. Just like the DSS took over the job of the NJC in the investigation of judges, Aladum took over the job of the Legal Practitioners Privileges Committee in conferring the title of SAN on people. In his mind, that’s the only way to legitimize what our man and his men did. Once a SAN speaks law, it’s final. Don’t blame him. Pity him. He is my comrade in the Buhari army. That’s our lot. We grope in the dark for something to celebrate.
What of the Dieziani billions? Where are they?

People saw a typed document and went to town. No signatures, no name of any officer and no evidence of where the document emanated from. But it doesn’t matter. Once Angel Buhari is involved, it must be true…somehow.
Till date, none of these judges have spoken. No one has heard their voices. Yet we have passed judgment on them.
Justice Adeniyi lied. That’s the other story. He said he was not at home but his cell phone signal gave him away. My friends laugh and celebrate. Ask them the source of that story and they will tell you to forget it. These are grown men and women o! This Buhari passion is dangerously infectious. Believe me.
On CHANNELS TV, during their 8pm news last night, a transcription of the dialogue between Justice Adeniyi and the DSS when they stormed his house was shown. Anyone who listened will recall that. The man asked them who they were and they said DSS. Open the door. The Judge said…I NEED TO CALL MY LAWYER, and the DSS MAN replied ARE YOU NOT A LAWYER? and the Judge said I AM NOT A LAWYER, I AM A JUDGE OF THE FEDERAL HIGH COURT.
This exchange was shown on TV last night. Only the good Lord knows where the story of the man saying he was not at home came from.
Be careful what you believe. We are dealing with Judges here. Wait until you hear their own side of the story.
Have you seen any pictures of any money seized? Do you think that the DSS will waste time in showing such money if they had it?
Judges are not street boys that have no brains. In the judiciary, you will find the most brilliant men God created. They are not saints. There may be cases against them but don’t gloat in a hurry. Wait till you hear both sides of the story.
Again, finding money in the house of a judge is no conclusive proof of crime. Judges are not poor people by any standard. They were lawyers before joining the Bench. A good number of them were successful lawyers and had invested. Apart from being well paid, lots of them do other things. They deliver lectures both at home and abroad. They speak at international fora and they get handsome honorarium. They write books and contribute to learned journals. They get paid for these. Since no one is sure of how much was exactly found in their homes, I suggest we wait.
The DSS said they found evidence of landed property and in their minds, they are evidence of crime. This is very ridiculous. A Judge is so poor that he can’t own property? Even a Justice of the Supreme Court? Chai!
A Supreme Court Justice has been in the judiciary for at 25 years minimum. They are well paid. They have wives who are professionals in their own fields. Some of their wives are successful businesswomen. Most of them have successful children in different professions across the world.
This is not the first time I am saying this.
When some months ago, the DSS with the support of the action starved social media Army went to town with the news that jewelries worth billions of Naira were found in the bedroom of Dieziani Alison Madueke plus documents showing ownership of houses, and as people danced, I reminded us that Dieziani didn’t join government from the streets. She was and remains the first woman to become an Executive Director at Shell. If you understand the oil industry, you will know that an ED at SHELL should own jewelry and houses. Again, she is the wife of a man who was Military Governor of the old Imo and Anambra states. A man who commanded several key commands of the Nigerian Navy and later became Chief of Naval Staff. Such a woman can never be poor even if she were a full time housewife. Again, she is the daughter of a key traditional ruler in Bayelsa State with huge cash. She didn’t attend any Nigerian University. She studied abroad. The daughter of a poor man cannot do that.
My point was finding jewelry in the house of such a woman is no conclusive proof of crime.
It will be interesting when this case will come to court, that is, if it will ever come. It will be interesting to see how these men of law will stand in the dock and take pleas before their brother Judges.
Buhari and his DSS apparatchik may have won this initial battle but will they win this war?
Let’s wait and see.
By the early hours of this morning, they had released Justice Ngwuta of the Supreme Court and Justice Pindiga.
Don’t celebrate too early.
Is it not the same DSS that told us of the discovery of a certain shallow grave somewhere in Isuikwuato with scores of dead bodies of Fulani herdsmen buried there? Till date and months after, no one has seen any grave nor any bodies.
