I dont think folic acid caused breast soreness, as a matter of fact, one cycle i took only folic. i didnt get the breast soreness at all. 400mcg is usually suggested for daily use.

No, I just noticed a correlation between not seeing my CM during ovulation to changes in the appearance of AF. That perhaps something is wrong somewhere.

Good afternoon Doc

I noticed that my period is kind of watery,(like its diluted with water a little) for the past two month and during this two month period i barely see CM during ovulation which rarely happens before now.I tried to google causes of watery period and saw deficiency in the underlying reproductive energies which kind of confused me.

Please does this two factors mean some underlying problem?

i have done hormonal test n pelvic scan,and was told results are normal

What then do you expect? You are just 5days gone in a new cycle,the estradiol regulating the thickening of the endometrial plate is still at its low surge. It is therefore not expected of the endometrium to thicken at this point in time. Another thing to take note of,the uterine lining can also get thinning when the background level of estradiol is consistently low(hypoestrogenism). This can affect fertility and even implantation, for the fact that some level of thickening is expected of the endometrium before implantation can take place.

You are advice to repeat scanning a day before your ovulation. It is expected that the endometrium shall have thickened to normal assuming no case of hypoestrogenism. You may match it up with a hormone profiling too.

Sincerely, I did not take notice of colour or even the name of the pharmacy . Let me describe to the best of my knowledge. After bakery bustop, u will walk further like u are going to egbeda bustop. There is a cosmetic shop in front of the pharmacy. Infact when you ask people about pharmacy around d bustop, they will direct u there. There is a pharmacy signpost by the road side there.

I would say you should watch it, if it is after ovu, it may be implantation but usually not more than 2 days, if it is around mid cycle, maybe Ovu itself
