I believe otox isn't the VC neither is he a senate member.If he gives you YES as an answer it won't add or remove your name from the admission list,same if he says NO..SO my dear,believe and keep praying and surely, you ll rejoice atlast..

Personells to put hands on deck in order to find solution to this problem,but it seems they are putting little or no effort in finding solution(vaccine) unlike their fellow proffesionals in the western world.
