Narrow minded you said. I feel you are the one that had failed to come in terms with the dynamic nature of hiring in our present dispensation. Haven't you heard of an employer that purposely sent Airtime to an unsuspecting job seeker, asking her to kindly return such Airtime as it was a mistake, while it was simply a test.

Maybe I should tell you how a HR at Mobil oil HQ called over the phone, with so much questions about my available credentials (without any email notification)..
