Guys, I'm confused on this trademark stuff. I have a name I'm planning to reg. It's a two word name. The first word seems trademarked with some other words. Let's take "energetic" for instance. If I had wanted to reg EnergeticProductions, and I search for energetic on trademarkia and it brings up "EnergeticSystems" a word different from the one I wanted to reg as trademarked, is there any issue?
Is it possible "energetic" can be trademarked on its own?

No it's not registered yet, it is still with dynadot. The 2024 expiry is fake, it will be removed when it drops.
Sav also use this method.
I think it is for them to auction it internally within their registrar before it finally drops

Lol. This was my domain, expired on 14th and person reg am am on 15th. Three words + XYZ; I wish am well. I think I still have the option to renew but I don't think I'll be going down such again. Regged during xyz craze/hype.

Listing your names on Afternic makes it visible on GoDaddy (which is buyers preferred choice) and that's what the Dan distribution network is offering as well.

The new method for me is to delete all my names on Afternic. Then relist them on Dan and activate the Afternic distribution network. That way when I make I sale on Afternic, Dan handles the payment in crypto. Sold a name last week like that.

By doing so, I hope it's possible for a buyer to make inquiries on your domain through afternic, since most of them prefer afternic?

Huge domains has got a lot junk, unreasonable and trademarked names that can never sell till they kingdom comes in their portfolios.

They have bots that participate in GoDaddy auctions and fights to get names based on algorithm it's been feed with.

The second paragraph, I think I've heard this somewhere outside nairaland.

Could someone enlighten me on how HugeD.omains has so much names? Some of the names I look up are for sale by them and I heard they have some sort of business with GoDa.DDY.

Issue is I don't currently have a PayPal account. Is it possible to register one as a Nigerian? I heard some time ago that Nigerians were blocked from using it and many other stuff.
