Bin was $4699 but buyer came in with 2k offer on October 25th and sh worked it up to $3,250..
Buyer paid October 31st...

It's a 6 months installment sale but buyer already paid half so even if it cancels who cares lol...cause I know we shouldn't report installment till it's done but exception jare...


Plus I just noticed the domain was for sale by someone else last year who didn't sell it..... If it was now I won't pick it cause I can't come and be trying to sell Wetin person no see sell the year before but good thing I was still newbie then....picked it cause it sounded like Gentle

I got a whois request yesterday on one of my domains. Replied how may I help, that am the owner of the domain. He replied today telling me the said domain was his before and its a trademarked domain. Now requesting that I should transfer the domain back to him, if not he will take legal actions against me.

Alright. Not baffled, I explained to him that am a domain investor and I bought the domain when it was available, that I didn't steal the domain from him. I told him for me to take him serious, he have to give me reasonable offer if he wants his domain name back not this one he's telling me. He made an offer of $100. But I told him I can consider it for $500.

He replied with $400 which I accepted and warned him to be more careful next time, that he can even renew 5 years ahead to avoid something like this.

He later paid through Dan. Transaction has been closed.

Symbuul, there’s nothing you can do about that. I have won contests where the end user eventually develops the name into a fully functional site. Infact, I have tons of them. Sometimes, I check those sites, smile and move on. Sometimes, I’m like, see the kind website wey person build with this fine name

In the end, there’s nothing you can do. Collect your money, and move on.

Good idea but I’d suggest you go straight to Littodino’s profile and just open a separate tab for it. I’d have suggested Promann too but it’s been a long time I won. Stopped competing after my 153rd contest win

Am currently doing outbound for a domain and after all the talks I asked if they're interested.
So far I've gotten more than 13 "I'm not interested" . It makes me wonder if asking whether they're interested makes it easy for them to reply " Not Interested"

If yes, what other sentence/phrase will work best.

If u do not mind me asking chief...a name like murphy//oil//corporation would have a few endusers with +/- 2 or 3 close matches. What prompted u to purchase it?
Was it based on metrics or based on chance?
