I have some question guys.
(1)When navigating expdomainsdotnet and I see a good name with good backlink and other necessary info, and I want to reg it before it drops or another person picks it, how do I go about it? Backorder?
(2) If the owner doesn't renew and no one registers the name and it drops, and I reg it at reg fee, would it still maintain the backlink it previously had, or does it become an entirely new domain?

For the records, I'm still finding it hard with the backlinks, DA, traffics and those other metrics for checking good names. I would appreciate some insights or where to get them.

Sadly I just started taking this more seriously yesterday. I have been going over expired domains dot net and browsing through namepros too, this time with the willingness to truly learn. I only learnt about 2% of the basics and dived into regging and it cost me time and funds. To think some concerned individuals kept warning me. Unfortunately, it's almost every investor's mistake while starting domaining; the rush to reg and make first sale without true knowledge of what this hustle entails.
Newbies should beware. Don't step into troubled waters by rushing to reg first without the know-how, it would be time wasted and holes in the pocket.

70 I didn't reg much of xyz though, and more than half na rubbish as I later realized I have only 4 .coms for now. One of them has been receiving good views since SH approved it. Na to sale remain. Been long I regged a name. I'm looking at past sales on namepros and getting more knowledge on ED. When I sell one, I'll start considering backordering and closeouts.

Let me give you three reasons why I registered the name:

1. The keyword "capital"
2. Google search(es) showed that some companies include the full keyword in their names.
3. As a bonus, I found that Arda has a nice meaning in Turkish (sceptre).

I might have held out for a higher amount, but the spam score was a little high for me. By the way, I only started checking this metric just like 3-4 months ago.
