Rather than jump to respond, I suggest you instead take time to ruminate on what has been said so far so you comprehend the significance of what is told you by Jesus Christ.

You are told in Matthew 5 vs 27- 28, that without even touching anyone, you are already guilty of sin from the moment you consider engaging in sex with another person in your heart. Do you really think then that it matters whether you engage in the physical act or not afterwards?

Sexual lust as you quoted above is a sin quite alright. But where you got it wrong is when you said in your initial comment on the woman's case, that Fornication itself, adultery and homosexuality is not a sin. If they are not a sin are they holy communion?

Hope you see the contradiction in your claim there. Jesus Christ came to give men a New Law and Covenant, separate and different from God's Old Covenant Law of Moses which was instead meant only for those who were born of the blood of Jacob and live in the land of Canaan - Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20

Not only is God's New Covenant, Jesus Christ, a separate Covenant from the Old Covenant, it is a standard that is so much higher than the Old Covenant and only applicable to the who inhabit the Kingdom of God aka those who are born again - John 3 vs 5 - 8.

3. The letter written to the Hebrews does not quote Jesus Christ or His Law directly. God's New Covenant Law is written instead in the Gospels- Matthew, Mark, Luke and John - and was ratified on the cross where Jesus Christ's blood was shed and He declared, "It is finished".

Please read 2Tim. 3:16,17

You picked a verse in Math 5 and misinterpret it to suit your lustful desires. Have you read up the whole Math chapter 5?

It's unfortunate how people like you euphemise immorality to suit your lustful desires. Please stop seeking out teachers, messages and doctrines that condone your lifestyle (2Tim 4:3). Even traditionalist knows what sexual sin means. I have shown you verses of the scriptures that condemned sexual sins. Show us verses that uphold them.

2. I suspect you are here attempting to muddle up the plain words written in this case. In Matthew 5 vs 27 - 28, Jesus Christ gave His followers as new law and standard for adultery. He decreed that instead of the Old Law,the new Law stipulated that Sexual lust - sexual desire for another individual one is not one with - is adultery and sin against God, and this is what I made clear in the post you responded to.

Brother please stop misquoting scriptures. Don't pick a verse from the Bible to make up an interpretation, read the whole chapter. For example, read the whole of that Math chpt 5. From verse 17 Jesus said he has not come to abolish the previous law but to fulfill it. Read up to verse 19 and see what it said.

The new law you are talking about is given by Jesus, in addition to what the old law has said about Fornication, homosexuality , adultery etc. Your interpretation is that Fornication, homosexuality etc are longer sin, that it's only lusting or sexual urges that is sin. That's not what Jesus said. Sexual sins starts from the heart and that is lust. Fornication, homosexuality and others is end products of lust.

If God is really who you claim to want to please by your choice, then you want to make sure you have the right information to help you on your path. According to Jesus Christ, the one who is God's New Covenant and Law in the Kingdom of God, what is sin is not what you refer to as sexual immorality- fornication, masturbation, homosexuality etc. - instead sin is the lust in your heart towards another - Matthew 5 vs 27 - 28 - those fantasies and longings for sex are what constitute sin in the Kingdom of God.

So while you claim you have not physically engaged in what is sexually immoral activities in the 18 months period, that all means nothing when you consider that the sin is that committed in your mind/heart and not the physical activity itself.

Please don't misquote the lady, and please stop misquoting the Bible. Masturbation, Fornication, homosexuality etc are all sin. And in Math 5:27 where you quoted, Jesus said that apart from physical actions that were proscribed as sin in old testament, that mere looking at someone lustfully is a sin. In other words, for it to be a sin you must have subjected your thoughts for sex to the body of a man/woman. It is called LUST when you subject the thought to the shape or physique of another person. God created us with sexual urges, so having such urges is NEVER a sin, such urges can also be controlled. An uncontrolled sexual urges is what leads to lust.

This same thought came to my mind. My wife has formed it as a habit, and my children are getting use to it. So I had to discuss it with her last week Sunday and asked her to stop it. Today, no rice was cooked in the house, she only prepared moi moi and vegetable soup for everyone.

My main reason is that, I don't want my boys to grow with it as a habit, suppose they start living in boarding school tomorrow and there's no cooked rice on Sundays, let them not end up eating food from an enemy's pot or where they are not suppose to eat at all in the name of Sunday rice.

Moreover so, one need to avoid routine. Security wise, we don't need to be known with a particular food on a particular day, going to the market on particular days, times, to buy a particular thing(s) always, expecially at time like this in our country.
