PoliticsRe: Buhari Condemns Coup In Turkey, Congratulates President Erdogan For Surviving Pu by Syphax(m): 12:35pm On Jul 17, 2016
This is the same Buhari that overthrew Shehu Shagari's democratically elected government.
This man is a hypocrite I swear. He's condemning the same thing he did in 1983. Did he condemn the Abacha coup? No! because Abacha is his main man, a saint.
This is a man that believes that everything begins and ends with fighting corruption. He probes PDP members and turns a blind eye to the atrocities of APC members.
See how he just swept Dambazu and Buratia's case under the carpet.
Hypocrite!
Mma ihu abuo.

PoliticsRe: Nnamdi kanu failed the igbos by Syphax(m): 12:23pm On Jul 17, 2016
mrkayusfit:
What exactly is the problem the igbos have with yoruba? Why can't they let us be without blaming us for not letting them go? The average yoruba person supports a united Nigeria because what the igbos fail to see while standing we have seen while sitting.

Biafra is another south sudan in the making. It will be filled with crisis between the igbo and minorities hereby leading to a civil war that could go on for decades. No country wants to share a border with a destabilized biafra because of refugee and humanitarian crisis thay will arise. The ikwere's and anioma's have already made it clear they are not igbos. They finally figured out the plan by the igbos to dominate them because of their oil. A united Nigeria is what the average Igbo man needs to thrive as we can see with present realities. The igbos success are recorded in the south west and north mostly. There is nothing to fall back on in igbo land because of the unproductive nature of the region. It will be a huge mistake if they think the region will thrive as a country cos they need the Yoruba's and hausa-fulanis to build a robust economy. A word is enough for the wise. Biafra is not the solution.
Lol, how is our wellbeing your business? This is the cries of a man that knows that he can't survive without us. If we want to perish then allow us to perish. We Igbos aren't like the South Sudanese, we are productive and innovative. Don't compare us to them again and learn how to mind your business.

Victorvexz:
Keep dreaming bro, Biafra ceased to exist in 1970, that is what u should understand. Nigeria is one nation under God, and it will remain so. U self acclaimed biafrans will only try like u did in 1967 , but will never succeed in dividing this great nation. U will only continue to be frustrated and keep blaming Hausa and Yoruba for ur problems. But if u want Biafra, u must make sure u are able to outgun the Nigerian army. This is Nigeria, nobody will give u free Biafra
You're very stupid! What happened to the right to self determination?
SportsRe: Nigeria’s Olympic Team Fails To Train, Players Don’t Have Water. by Syphax(op): 10:34pm On Jun 17, 2016
This country is messed up,, if Siasia fails to deliver, the NFF will crucify him and blame him for the teams failure. How do you expect your team to succeed when you can't support them financially and otherwise? How can they spend 4 or 5 days in South Korea and come back without being paid? Things like this kill the morale of the players.
Can the NFF president stay for a month without being paid? If such a thing happens, the whole world go hear am.
A player will sweat in a football pitch, receive violent kicks from people and sustain injuries yet you won't pay him.
You wey be the boss go sidon under AC and siphon the whole money. Nigerian football administrators are fantastically, this thing happened under the late Keshi and also under Oliseh. The ugly monster has raised its head again under Siasia.
NFF, thunder fire una! Nkita rachakwa unu ike. Ndi ara

SportsNigeria’s Olympic Team Fails To Train, Players Don’t Have Water. by Syphax(op): 10:11pm On Jun 17, 2016
The Dream Team VI is struggling to make head way as it began preparations for the summer games in Rio de Janeiro with logistic problems hampering training.
It is tough times for the Nigeria U23 side which resumed camp in Abuja on Wednesday as its preparation for the 2016 Olympic Games is being hampered by lack of planning on the part of the federation. Samson Siasia’s team failed to train at the National Stadium in Abuja on Friday evening after it was left without a bus to transport the players to their training ground. There have also been threats by the owners of the hotel where the team is lodged, Starview Palace Hotel, Gwarimpa, Abuja, to throw them out of the hotel due to unpaid fees. Less than two months to the kick off of the Olympic Men’s Football event where Nigeria have been seeded with Sweden, Japan and Colombia, the Dream Team VI is still struggling to reach high gear in its preparations. On Friday, Goal’s reporter witnessed a deserted scene at the National Stadium Package A Training Pitch as the team failed to turn up. On calling the coach, Siasia said he was left frustrated by the failure to secure fuel for the team bus while he had to beg a friend of his to provide transport for the team. However, this attempt also failed.
“We can’t come for the evening training because there is no bus to convey us to the stadium. But we hope to train tomorrow,” Siasia told Goal. Goal also learnt that the team’s morning training session which witnessed a full house had to be halted as a result of lack of water for the players to drink. Equally, none of the players and officials has been paid a dime for their trips to Brazil for a friendly match that they won 1-0 and the Suwon Invitational Tournament in South Korea where they lost two games and won one. When squeezed by Goal, Siasia replied, “It is pathetic and very bad. This is the time we are supposed to concentrate on the team for us to achieve our goal and ambition of winning the gold medal in the Olympics this time around. But can we achieve this with the way things are? You guys (media) have not been helping us but it is to publish other stories that cannot help the team. But as a patriotic Nigerian I will do my best to psych up the players and my other colleagues to achieve our ambition.” Attempts to reach the NFF’s director of communication, Demola Olajire for comments were unsuccessful. Dr Mohammed Sanusi, the general secretary, also did not pick his calls. Siasia’s team also suffered deprivations on its way to winning the Caf U23 title in Senegal last year. “We have passed through this way before and God helped us to overcome the problem. I believe God is still on the throne to help us overcome this one too. Nothing will stop us from making Nigeria proud by the special grace of God,” said Siasia who coached Nigeria to a silver medal at Beijing 2008.
